[color=6c1504]"First off, it's what you said when you first announced your bid for election. I do believe one "Pierce Washington" wrote that speech."[/color] Bison corrected with a smirk on his face, Goddammit Pierce.
[color=6c1504]"Second, this is just the prototype, Letting you know what your administration will be remembered for in generations to come. We're still finalizing the design and we should have an operational system ready for deployment just after my people finish their elections and we obtain control of Congress. It's not really open for discussion. Sure, you think you are a real hard ass, but you'll be a hard ass with zero political power over your own country and last I checked, your approval polls were what? 20%? Either way, either you'll sign it or I'll sign it once I get into that chair your sitting on."[/color] He then bragged, feeling like a young warlord again, right as an explosion went off in the underground garage, following by some crazed man making monkey sounds.
[color=6c1504]"...From the sound of things, you can't even keep what little control you have over your own administration. I think the people will be glad to be rid of you..."[/color]

"Eh, call me Paul Everyone else does." Paul said as he was finally freed and began to lead the way to his groups location.
Violet meanwhile said to Edge "Odds are he already knows about them, sounds like something Kaz would do. Still, try to get in contact with him, I'd do it but...if he really thinks that highly of me..." before following the bomber.
As he did that, he glanced over to David, hearing his plight in relation to his constant involuntary teleporting.
"If it's magical based, We have something for that. While we can't stop the enchantment, we can lock out your body from all forms of magic, including your own. Imagine your body as a computer and Magic as the Internet. Basically that."

Boss looked over to David. "That's an awful lot of knives for you to have if you're not a lunatic. Or live in Detroit. Did you live in Detroit?"

Turning back to Paul, he said, "Lead the way. We're walking, courtesy you." Boss moved forward, floating a few inches off the ground. "Well, you suckers are walking. I'm flying."

Lost in Nightmares: Rising Dawn Crew Feat. Yu Narukami W. Philemon

New Background Music to follow with. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E8N1QIqJAek]

Slindis

After Kalastryn's statement, she looked down and placed a hand on Rugal's shoulder as she replied to Philemon [color=c200]"Well, if you can make sure Kalastryn can get to see her family in the afterlife that's all I would ask."[/color]

Mel

She gave Mel a small salute and sent her off with a "Send Firebrand my regards, Kal... I'll miss you."

After Phil's talk, she keeps it simple. "Well, if I could have metal supplies for my crafting, and some learner's tools so I could show Sis how to do some crafting. Make sure it doesn't smell like burnt metal."

Ella

Ella waves to Kalastryn, then nods grimly as Philemon enters. "Okay, I have one of two wishes here... just grant the easier of the two.

First one: change the way my wings look to this. [http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20080204083543/fireemblem/images/6/68/Ferd-tibarn.jpg]
Second possibility: Set the Rising Dawn up with a damn sushi bar!"

Devon

Devon sadly saluted Kalastryn off as she went to Phil with her wish. [color=00c863]"Well, Phil, you know who made me like this. I'd like a single spell casted on the person that did this. It won't kill, and it won't be disabling... would there be an issue?"[/color]

With that, she casted a small spell so only Phil would hear the contents of the wish and waited for a response.

[color=00c863]"Well, it's going to be a Greater Curse... Basically, she'll be slightly younger than her Daughter Ella, her higher level spells will be locked off, and she'll lose her seductive abilities. I know there's a way out, so it'll be tied to me becoming a guy again. I know it sucks, but with how much Ella and the Bruisers beat it into me that we're family no matter what I can live.

David shook his head with a sigh, looking at the doctor with half-lidded eyes. [color=9BBED5]"The reason why I'm like this is because of a machine. I don't even know any magic."[/color] As far as the student knew, telekinesis was a completely different discipline from magic. It did not involve arcane rituals or anything of the sort.

Boss looked over to David. "That's an awful lot of knives for you to have if you're not a lunatic. Or live in Detroit. Did you live in Detroit?" David scowled weakly at the man before uttering another sigh.

[color=9BBED5]"...No. No, I'm not from Detroit. I have these for a reason, let's leave it at that."[/color] David slumped back looking sullen, before looking at him again; eyes wide. "So give me a review of our new security measures in place," Ken asked his assistant. "For one, we reworked the system so that it now identifies when someone outside our hub network is trying to connect to one of our pods. The person in charge can then either approve, divert, or deny that connection. The divert option leads a teleporter pod that is at the edge of a 24 foot wide hole with a 2,000 foot drop at a top secret facility run by the US," the assistant said and took a drink of her coffee before resuming.

"We've added an encryption algorithm with a 256-bit key to our network to protect against cyber attacks. Should anyone get past our defences, cyber or otherwise, the person in charge has a master override to disconnect the hub from the network and erase everything from our system," the assistant finished. "Good, hopefully this will deter any future attacks," Ken said

Hearing the Congressman complain, boast, and act like a complete and utter dick. The President just smiled at the man, yet if Bison took the time to actually see his thoughts, he should be running. "Let me just get out my pen." He said in an more official tone, hiding anger behind it. Opening the desk's right draw with ease, The President did not pulled out a pen but, a weird tube. Bison would instantly recognize it, but The President already had it pointed at the man.

Spraying it shortly after, the spray wafted close to the Congressman's eyes and nostrils. If that wasn't bad, the other hand was also full, not with a canister of pepper spray, but with a gun-like device.

As boss began to fly he saw Icarus was above them in the air soaring but he noticed if he looked at certain angles Icarus just looked like a bird, Icarus swooped down.
"I rarely have to walk, although this city isn't the best place to fly, Then again to the people of Tokyo I'm just a big old bird.
He smirked a little it had been a while since he could actually relax, but he was clearly distracted. Boss could see it, a phantom of that utter despair from before still lingered.

Violet couldn't help but suppress a laugh at David's answer.
"I make robots and teleporters for a living. Second this is over, I'll help you out David." He kindly said before the group began to make their way to one of the some seedy areas of the city, Paul leading them down an alley to a old fire escape.
"In here. Also, think about calling for any Mishima Dogs to come down on us, We will ensure that your fates mirror ours." He warned before he opened the door to reveal a passage that went to a Computer room designed for one man, most likely for Paul and Paul alone.
Once he was in, Paul pulled up a chair before punching in come passcodes into the computer to log in.
"Alright, I'm opening the connection now. Heads up in advance, our Leader doesn't show his face for just anyone." He said as a video feed began to come in, though instead of any actual video feed, it was just instead a series of gray computer code scrolling across the screen.

Code:
"So...You've come. My name is Unimportant at this time. You have come seeking answers. I have uncovered a plot by the current overlord of this city in order to consolidate his power. All of the following are documents I've intercepted from G-Corp's private channels. When put together, they detail a plot by Kazuya to insert one of his own men into a commanding position in UNIT, Allowing him to control the agency and removing the one limitation to international operations outside of the target nation itself. If he succeeds, He will be able to engage in far more open plots against his enemies and the people of this city. Our plan was to convince Dr. Lee Violet into allowing us to bring one of our Agents into G-corp, but if you join our battle, we will be able to prevent Kazuya from going ahead with this plan. Will you join us?"

/:> Yes
/:> No
/:> _______
After he had said that, dozens of offical looking documents began to appear on screen, each one of them having key parts highlighted and having been signed off by Kazuya himself.

"Yes, or no. Those are the only answers we can pick from? I'm sorry to inform you that answering such a request is not as simple as a damn yes or no! I've not even been here for 24 hours... and your asking me to pick sides on a potentially global scale!?"

She takes a breath and lets out a sigh. The documents they were being shown certainly did look legit... but then, G-Corp's tech may be her ticket out of here. Still though, what kind of work would she have to do for them while she waited on a ride out? Infiltrating global defense agencies was rarely something people with good intentions had in mind. It seems improbable for someone to do that for good reasons but... impossible? She really isn't sure...

"Alright, alright... these... well, they look official. I really don't have any experience with G-Corp, UNIT, or this whole damn world to be honest. I guess the best decision I can take is to side with the majority vote here."

She says, taking a bit of caution with what she decides. After all, she has no idea just how strong either side is, or what they're motives really are. As she's come to understand, most people in this room are on the G-Corp side of things. Still... they would have to be on that side for a reason right?

Boss scrutinized the documents as closely as he could, but they flashed by far too quickly for him to read anything meaningful. "The only thing-literally the only thing I could read there-had to do with an overdue trash bill, which I'm pretty sure Kazuya signed off to pay. I don't know how that ties into the whole 'G-Corp is taking over the world' thing." Boss turned to Paul. "Kazuya and G-Corp may be overbearing, but they've been straightforward enough with me, and Edge seems to trust them. If nothing else, I expect at least that much." Boss's fist clenched. "I've found I can't trust people who keep secrets." Boss took a deep breath and looked back at the screen. "So if you have proof of some kind of malevolent conspiracy, let me know before I sign on."

In order to get more information, we will require you to plant a virus that will allow use to fully access G-corps computer systems. It's the only way we will be able to combat Kazuya."
The voice on the monitor said before a few rushed looking documents were thrown up on screen, though they did seem pretty convincing.

Found in Dreams - Philemon, Rising Dawn feat. Yu Narukami
Philemon's Theme [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E8N1QIqJAek]

As the party said their goodbyes to Kalastryn, the tiefling, Philemon knew that now was the time to give the very helpful Rising Dawn their reward, as promised... (not to mention EFFECTIVE, Nyarlatothep would be stuck in the Chaos for at least a century's worth of time!)
Quietly, he turned his masked head to each and every Dawn member, and took into account requests they made of him, through thought, act or speech:

Yu Narukami

"It seems one of the perished came back." Yu gave a smile as he took a thinking stance. "A wish ... I wish, that I had more chances to spend time with my family and friends." Yu said at the entity with great determination and love towards his friends.

Philemon smiled and said to the silver haired teen, "That can be done. When you return to your realm, expect a call from Nanako, as a first of many in your future. However, it will also be up to you to take those chances, Bearer of the Wild Card. [sub]Also, give Igor my regards next you see him. He's always been a faithful servant.[/sub]"

The Wanderer

"Are we making wishes! Oh boy, oh boy! Could I have ten unique weapons ... possibly from other worlds? Uh ... is five good?"

Philemon turned to the Wanderer, and waved his hand, conjuring a box with a set of question marks on it. Upon opening, Wanderer found the five weapons as requested, and a light quip from the Deity, "I shall grant your request, but I shall also give you the means to deal with conflict in a much more "Peaceful" manner. I can only hope you see it as a viable solution, hmn?"

Rugal

"...All I ask is this, there is a woman on our ship, The morgue to be exact. Her name is S'Zami and she hails from a land named Skyrim. She passed on before you picked us up and...I would like for her remains to be brought back to her homeland for her family and friends. They deserve to know her fate." Rugal answered He made a promise, he was going to see it though.

Philemon gave a simple nod, "As you wish. She has been found in a coffin suitable for nobles in her land, with a note enclosed of her deeds and sacrifices to and for her comrades."

David

"...shit, wish I put more thought into this...ummm, crap....ahhhh..." He mumbled as he tried to think of something to get when he glanced at his S&W M500 Magnum.
"...Hey, is Infinite Ammo on the table?" He said as he pulled out his weapon and pointed to it.

Philemon sent a pair of butterflies to David's hands, and both sunk into his wrists, leaving a tattoo of each butterfly on the inside of his wrists. Funnily enough, the sudden tattooing caused no pain to the Irishman, and after a moment, David noticed that a similar, yet ornately decorated butterfly began to appear on the gun he was currently holding. To this, the Masked God explained, "So long as your hands bear my mark, the gift will be available to you. Look to my mark on firearms you hold, and know that my blessing follows you."

Jenny

"...I-I'll pick something out later, just...not in the right state at the moment..." She then said to Philemon, though in the back of her mind, she was thinking she could do with an actual doctorate in Psychology instead of just pretending to have one.

Philemon seemed to stand still before Jenny, and then she saw another of his butterflies floating around her head. As it did so, she felt the theories, concepts and practices of psychologists before her become absorbed into her memory, and several papers began to materialize before her, "You now have a Doctorate in Psychology, a licence for practice and administration of medicine, and the knowledge to back it up. Use it well, Doctor."

Deadshot

"...WHY DO YOU HATE THE ONES WHO LOVE YOU?! LIVE GODDAMMIT LIVE!. ANYTHING MAN! I-I-I-I LET YOU DO TESTS ON ME! I'LL LET YOU BEAT ME UP! I GIVE YOU THE MONEY THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (Philemon) IS GIVING ME! JUST LIVE YOU PIECE OF SHIT!"

After Deadshot became acclimated to Wanderer's newfound life again, the Masked Deity handed Deadshot a Credit Card, with a butterfly motif [http://blog.lhyeung.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/personaost.jpg] upon it and spoke softly as he explained the card's properties, "This card contains an absurdly large sum as you requested. You can use it at any ATM for withdrawls for cash, and will work at any establishment that takes debit or credit. However, lose the card, and you lose the money. Take care of it."

Slindis

After Kalastryn's statement, she looked down and placed a hand on Rugal's shoulder as she replied to Philemon [color=c200]"Well, if you can make sure Kalastryn can get to see her family in the afterlife that's all I would ask."[/color]

Philemon gave a small nod, and a butterfly detached itself from his mass, fluttering into the Aether around them, "I will ensure she sees them before her final destination is reached."

Melethia

After Phil's talk, she keeps it simple. "Well, if I could have metal supplies for my crafting, and some learner's tools so I could show Sis how to do some crafting. Make sure it doesn't smell like burnt metal."

Philemon gave a soft smile to the young girl, and waved a finger gently, causing a set of learner's tools to appear before Melethia, an emblem of a butterfly engraved in them, and purple wrappings to match. With that, he added, "The tool, with my mark upon them. You will find your metal stores filled to capacity as well. Use them well."

Philemon looked ready to do something, but a small frown crossed his brow before sending a butterfly to attend to Ella's wings, "Strange, I attempted the sushi request, and something stopped me in the midst of fulfilling it. How very odd...I'm afraid the wings will be all I can fulfill for you. May they serve you well."

Sign it with 'Forever with the Dawn, Bard Devon'"[/color]

Philemon listened quietly to the Bard's request, and after searching the Bard's heart to know the request was not a harmful one (in terms of making sure no bodily harm came to the one whom cursed Devon in the first place), and gave a small nod, "Your request shall be fulfilled."

Teri

Teri gave a tearful wave as Kalastryn went off to the realms beyond, and wiped her face when she was addressed by Philemon, [color=0E59E4]"Um, *sniff*, I guess I'll go the route God would want. If you could provide a chance for a certain dummy to get his place back on the throne downstairs, that'd be great. You know our hearts, so you know who I'm talking about, right?"[/color]

Philemon gave a small nod and added, "Your Bard friend's request will help your wish along swimmingly. He should ascend in a matter of days."

Garm

The wolf thought for a moment with his wolfy mind, and then thought of what he would like more than anything... A steak sounded pretty nice right now. But why one steak, there was already steak in the canteen of the Dawn? Garm gave a sigh and proclaimed, [color=365D60]"I'd ask you for a steak, but it'd go away far too quickly and I don't think it'd fill me up."[/color]
Teri looked down to her wolf and gave a small suggestion, [color=0E59E4]"How about something that makes you new steaks every day? Like a sack that refills every day with Garm-proportionate steaks?"[/color]
Garm's tail wagged furiously at the thought, and barked happily, [color=365D60]"Yes, that! I want a sack that makes fresh, me sized steaks every day!"[/color]

Philemon gave a small smile at the simplicity of the request, but waved his hand and conjured a bag about the size of the wolf's head before Garm, "As you requested, the sack will have a steak the size of you inside of it. Think of it like a refilling Bag of Holding, but for-"
Before the Masked God could get much more out, the wolf had already plunged his head inside of the sack, and the sound of noisy eating took place whatever else the would could have chosen to emote.

Caim and Angelus

Caim and Angelus gave their farewells as well, silently saluting as the Tiefling left for the Realm beyond. When Philemon turned to the both of them, Caim 'spoke' first,
Code:
"I wish for a home. One that I can go to should the desire to leave the Rising Dawn, through choice or force, come over myself and my family."
Philemon nodded quietly, and spoke, "Picture this 'Home' in your mind, and you will know it's location. No matter where you travel, you will know where to find it. However, it will remain in your 'AA Universe'."

As Caim closed his eyes, and began to imagine his "home" (fortress [http://crazyartideas.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Digital-Art-38.jpg] would be a better term), Angelus spoke up, "Speaking of this 'Home' of ours, I see that Caim has neglected to mention any sort of fortifications. I wish that our home is protected from the elements, invasion and ruin. In short, enchantments and natural forces to protect it."

Philemon gave another nod, and added, "The location chosen by your partner enables for some protection against possible invaders, and the stones are magicked to be resilient against stress and damage caused by force or weather. However, should a full attack come against your home, you and him will need to defend it on your own."

Ton Ton and Cadolbolg

Following that, it turned to Ton Ton and Cadolbolg, the Tonberry being the first to speak, [color=15650D]"I-I wish to see my Mistress again. I want to go back by her side, and protect her, like I always did."[/color]
"And I'm going with him."

Ton Ton stared at his pact partner with confusion, the closest approximation to his jaw dropping [color=15650D]"Wait, WHAT?! what about Mr. Caim, what about Ms. Angelus, what about Devon and Ella? They're your family!"[/color]

Cadolbolg frowned and headbutted Ton Ton, "And so are you! You became my blood brother since we made the pact! If there's one thing I learned from Mother and Father, pact partners stick together, no matter what! It's part of the deal. My life is your life. If you're going to that Mistress of your's, I am too. And-"
the tiny turtle dragon turned his attention back to Caim, Angelus, Devon, and Ella with a broad smile, "Who's to say we won't see them again? Knowing how the Dawn tends to work, we'll see them again, I'm sure. So, I've no reason to worry. I just want to say goodbye first."

"You may."

Turning back to their little family, Ton Ton and Cadolbolg found that they were embraced by both Caim and Angelus immediately, the two parents giving the duo their well wishes,
"You've both have grown to be very strong, little ones. You've made us SO proud. Never forget that!"
Code:
"Be safe, both of you. Our home will always be welcome to you, I promise."
After several moments of embrace, the two parents gave the floor to Devon and Ella, Caim rubbing his eyes to hide the fact that he was crying. (insert here, Crim?)

Philemon and Epilogue
Following the goodbyes, Philemon gave a deep bow to the group who had aided him against Nyarlatothep's onslaught and spoke one last time, "Again, I thank you all for your aid against the Crawling Chaos. As you return to your realm, you will will all awake, back on your Airship in the skies from whence I spirited you away. To you, Yuu Narukami, you will rejoin Mitsuru Kirijo and Fuuka Yamagishi on the ground floor of the Kaishihara building; and Ton Ton and Cadolbolg will find themselves in 'The Mistress' home. Farewell, Members of the Rising Dawn"

Following that, Philemon waved a hand, and blue-and-gold butterflies filled the party's vision once more.

[HEADING=3]The Rising Dawn has returned to the AA verse! Thanks for playing the Persona Verse arc![/HEADING]

-Kaishihara Building, bottom floor-

As the last of the evidence was being gathered from the Kaishihara building, Mitsuru gave one final glance into the dark depths of the labatories that contained the many unspeakable experiments, and noted a...butterfly? The next thing she knew, Yu Narukami appeared next to the leader of the Shadow Operatives, causing her mouth to part slightly in surprise, [color=955555]"Narukami! Where did you- No, that is the wrong question... I take it that the Dawn group will not return with you?"[/color]
Fuuka came running not a second after her question was asked, holding up a report, [color=5F8B7F]"Mitsuru, you won't believe it! I just got reports that the Rising Dawn's airship disappeared!"[/color]
Mitsuru's expression softened at the sound of that, and she turned back to Yu, a small smile on her face, [color=95555]"Well then, that settles it. I expect you to give myself and Fuuka a full report of what happened in Kaishihara's office, Mr. Narukami. We can grab lunch on the way."[/color]
As the two Shadow Operatives turned to leave for a van, Yu's cell-phone began to ring.
(Go reread Narukami's section for the wishes to figure out who it is who's calling!)

-In another realm, in a small residence-

Ton Ton, Cadolbolg, and a miniature chocobo replica[footnote]See the first iteration of the Western[/footnote] found themselves inside of a room in a house, Ton Ton looking distinctly confused between the two of them, [color=15650D]"Hmn.. This is strange, I don't recognize this place."[/color]
"Maybe she changed houses while you were away? Also, what did she look like, your Mistress?"
Ton Ton thought for a moment, as they looked around the room they found themselves in, [color=15650D]"Hmn..Well, blonde hair, kinda tall, wore a white headband, and had bluey-green eyes. They kinda changed depending on the day."[/color]
"So, that lady in the doorway staring at us?"
Ton Ton's head whipped around in surprise, [color=15650D]"Wait, what- ....Mistress?"[/color]
"Ton Ton?"

Rising Dawn Crew Feat. Yu Narukami.
Location: Found in Dreams.
Wanderer

When the box was pulled out of nowhere and given to Wanderer, his face (Or what was shown of it through his smashed helmet) was genuinely surprised. The man proceeded to look all over the box, it looked quite small with questions on all sides. In fact, to the Wanderer's knowledge, it was a damn good box as well, you would never be able to gather materials to make this kind of thing in his universe.

"Oh ... if I do say so, this is a damn fine box you made here." The Wanderer said as his hands automatically moved to open the box. Opening the lid the tiniest bit, a non-blinding light came out. "... oooh ... oh!" His voice changed from normal to extremely awed. Beginning to take them out, there were five weapons inside the box. Two which were "non-violent" to Wanderer, but he still found them very intriguing, especially since he had no objects like this in his world.

Yet the main attraction were the three big weapons.
A large machine-gun with an attached chainsaw, labelled Lancer-178 on the side.
A large hammer, pulsing with a un-earthly aura.
And two longswords, one covered in electricity which did not hurt him.

While the others were gaining his wishes, Wanderer kept examining the weapons, but eventually put them all back in for safety. Listening to everyone's wishes, he liked them all. Sure, Jenny's, David's, and Deadshot's would all suit him, yet Rugal and Slindis' wishes touched him in a way. ("A sushi-bar sounds pretty fucking cool.") His inner-mind talked back. Giving a nod in agreement, it seemed it was time to go back.

"Thank you." Wanderer said with a normal honest voice, before his own body faded away, back to the Dawn of his other new world.

Rising Dawn | Training Room.

Opening his eyes, it had seemed everyone was back on the Dawn, except the people who left them and belonged to that world. Giving another nod, Wanderer knew that they would not come with them. Yet he tried something else.
"Kannon!"
He yelled, yet no Persona was not summoned.

"Ah ... figures. A robot like that would have been awesome." He mumbled to himself.

Yu Narukami
Location: -Kaishihara Building, bottom floor-
Giving a nod to Philemon and staying silent mostly for the wishing process, Yu gave the Rising Dawn Crew a friendly wave as they all faded away from the world, just like him. Chuckling beforehand, he knew he was not a person who talked a goodbyes, because as he knows, he might see them again at one point. At the very least, he will not forget them.

"Of course."

Next thing he saw was the confused face of Mitsuru.
Giving her own thoughts as Fuka came along, the three were about to go get lunch.
Yet Yu's phone began to ring. He showed a smile. Starting to walk to the van and picking up the phone he spoke.
"Hello?"
...
"Ah, Nanako."
...
"Yes I will be coming back."

It was time to get back to business for Yu Narukami.

[color=6c1504]M. Bison Congressman Vincent Vega[/color] [sub](Current Appearance)[/sub] | The President.
Location: "Da White Crib", Washington DC
Time: Morning
Music: The Ultimate Badass (Saints Row 4).
"Oh excuse me ... I have seemed to accidentally spray it into your face." The President's face took a sadistic look. The spray bottle was placed down on the table, this was all happening while Bison was thrashing and rolling on the floor. Aiming the stun gun once more, the gun shot itself and the electrical shot attached to Bison, "Oh sorry, my fingers are greasy today." He said, darker tone overtaking his usual confident self.

Suddenly a jolt of electricity was surged through the wires, touching Bison's skin. This all started to make the man shake and cough violently. Until of course The President stopped with the electrocuting once Bison started to smell like cooked chicken. "Now then ... you think you can come here ... and act like that!" He said in a bold tone, walking to Bison's side and stomping him lightly, the soles of his boots touching the face of the Congressman.

"This is going to go two ways ... you become my *****, and I will never do this again. Or the other way, the way many others have gone and never came back ..." Talking stopped, the boot was removed. The President walked over to a pedestal which housed a rather long and weird object. "That way ... it involes everything. Humiliation, violence, shit, piss, blood, kidnapping, burying people alive, crushing rival's girlfriends ... death. Don't underestimate me, I have done everything to those whose who oppose me. This goes the same for you and your cigar shit-covered 'friend'."

The object was picked up, The President immediately went back to Bison, the face he had on now was not seen, for from Bison's place, he could only see one long and extremely phallic object looking down on him. "This is where your place is. You pathetic piece of B-grade villain shit!" The President said, taking his boot and pressing it on Bison's back, taking a golfing pose to smack Bison's head. Yet this won't kill him, but you are guaranteed it will leave a bad taste, and some possible nightmares.

"Welcome to my world *****!" the commanding voice loudly said, as the disturbing weapon swung.

"No, wait-more important than that, what do you know about UNIT? And why would Kazuya want them gone? This is the first I'm hearing about them." Boss turned to Paul. Edge nodded. "A vagrant blew up his limo; claimed he was part of a resistance organization. here in Tokyo. Boss, Violet and a couple other people are probably with him in his hideout now." Edge crossed his arms. "Do you want me to take you to them?"

Rising Dawn: Captain's Room: Rugal

".....Hm?...."
Rugal began to stir, his head resting on the surface of his desk atop the insurance papers he was working on with the phone sitting opposite his field of vision.
"...urg...ohhhhh...What-...what happened?..." He groaned as he tried to piece together what happened, but the second he saw the origami butterfly on his desk, he instantly remembered all that he had endured.
"...Tch. Deities..." He scoffed as he picked it up, Least Philemon was a man of his word.
Little by little, he pulled his stiff body up from his desk when he remembered something.
"...S'Zami..." He said to himself before quickly making his way towards the morgue, rushing over to where he had laid her body to rest, but when he went to open her final resting place, he found that her body was no longer there.
"...Told you I'd get you home..." He couldn't help but remark as he closed up the ice box before making his way out, looking for the other members of the Dawn.

Rising Dawn: Jenny's Room: Jenny

Jenny had a more peaceful revival, despite having passed out on the floor of her room when the crew was summoned.
"...Mhhhhmmmmmm....*Yawwwwwwwwn*....Ohhhhh, Home sweet home..." She remarked as she dusted herself off as she got up from the floor.
As she did though, she noticed something hanging on her wall, it was a "Doctor of Psychology" (Psy. D) degree in her name.
"What? When did I-...Philemon...Of course." She then smiled as memory caught up to her.
Yawning once more and wiping the sleep from her eyes, She then made her way out of her room to look for the others.

Rising Dawn: Bar: David

"zzzzzzz.....zzzzzzzz....zzzz-*snort* hwer wha-..." David said as he pulled his head off the sticky counter of the bar, his drink having spilled onto it when he passed out, all and all, a standard awakening on his end.
"ohhhhh, what did I do last night?..." He groaned as he rubbed his eyes, only to notice a strange marking on the inside of his wrists.
"...The fuck?...Man, what the hell did I do last night?!" He remarked as he looked at them, man, this tattoo job must have gone a number on his wallet.
Either way, he got up from the bar before walking to his room, he needed to get the dried booze out of his hair. Literally.

Rising Dawn: Brig: Deadshot

Finally, the infamous assassin was the last to wake up, still in the middle of his attempted escape though the sewer line of the cell he was in.
".....WHAAA-NO MAYO!....Huh?....Whoa...That was one weird ass trip..." He remarked as he sat upright, managing to avoid falling into the sewerage this time around.
But what really caught this attention was the Credit Card now sitting atop the toilet he was dismantling.
"....No...fucking...Way..." He said as he picked it up, admiring it like some long lost gem from a magical kingdom of Credit and Gold.
".....
[HEADING=1]YEAH *****! DAMIAN EAST MADE IT BABY! DAMAIN EA-[/HEADING]
...I remembered my fucking name...Hehuhahahahahahahah, oh this fucking ship!"

So he sat and laughed at the madness of it all as he waited in the brig to be let out.

Baator [http://dnd4.wikia.com/wiki/Nine_Hells_of_Baator]...(keep in mind, NOT the same nine hells as christian faith. This is DnD lore here)

As Kalastryn first appeared on the outskirts of Baator, she let out a sigh and started walking. Anywhere would be better than where she ended up, but even so, it wouldn't serve any purpose to just sit where she warped in. As she wandered though, a butterfly, much like the ones Philemon kept fluttered across her vision, leading her deeper inwards to a tiefling, and a human being, who actually seemed to enjoy each other's company, seemingly the only thing they had to enjoy amidst the barren, stifling landscape. As she caught their attention, they looked surprised at first. Then saddened. The woman rose and walked towards Kala standing in front of each other, few words were said until...

"It's... nice to see you. I... I only wish that you didn't have to be here. I'm... I'm sorry. For everything."

To Kala, while it wasn't very obvious for the first few minutes of silence, as tears filled her mother's eyes, she figured it out.

Before Kala's venture into the Persona universe, she might have been angry. Standing in front of the mother you never met until your both dead would be hard for some people to come to terms with, or contain. Kala only put her hand on her mother's shoulder with a smile, and said. "I don't blame you for anything. It's a hard truth to take that I'm here despite the life I lead. but, while we're here... would you like to hear about it?"

"You... don't want any answers? No questions on why we've never met? I... I thought you'd be angry..."

"Angry? Maybe... for a time. Even if I may never understand it, I don't want to. It makes it all the easier to forgive and forget. Even if it was the only thing I knew about you... you're the reason I even had the chance to live, and I couldn't ever be angered at that."

Smiling, and wiping the tears from her face, Kala's mother invited her to sit.

They must have spoken for many long hours, each time Kala told a new tale of some portions of her life, both her parents' eyes went wide.

"You've done all that good, for so many different worlds, beyond even our own... and yet you still have to spend your eternity here? I admit I was a paladin in life, and yet, even I doubt now that any god worth a pinch of table salt would let this happen to you." she confesses... though she seemed close to tears again, she forced a smile instead, likely too proud of Kala to warrant tears.

"I... think you should go though. Promise you'll come back, but... I do think we'll have to return to our sentences soon. I'd rather you not have to see that..." she admits. With a promise to meet again, and a wave, Kala resigns back to her walk. If she was going to be stuck here, she was going to see everything this place had in it...

.................................................................................................................................................................................

Bel, the Duke of the first, outermost layer of Baator's nine hells was needless to say quite familiar with Kala's track record. While he was the ingenious and militant duke of Avernus, his own slice of the place, he couldn't help but find her files rather entertaining to read. Of course, when it stopped writing itself out and marked the end date of her life, he laughed and made his way to the front gates... oh he had to see this...

Stepping outside into the open, though stagnant and needless to say hot, air he waited patiently at the front gates to lay eyes on such a fool. Needless to say, without any choice in the matter, Kalastryn's aching feet had carried her through the endless, fiery downpour of this portion of the realm. As the gates opened she walked inside, whistling nonchalantly. Bel was of course unamused, and was the first to speak.

"So, this is the pathetic excuse for a devil that "Sealed a portal to Xoriat, outwitted and destroyed the mind of a mind flayer, defeated the Lord of Eyes, and Defended the city of Stormreach from devil invasion." I'm going to enjoy watching whatever torture you get saddled with. I have just one question for you before we begin though. Why? Why keep your soul so damn spotless if you've realized your whole life it's only going to get stomped into the ground here?"

"I'm sorry, but, who's asking? You seem to know a lot about me, and I've never even heard whispers of your name, not that I recognize at least.

"You should really have more respect for your betters, but I guess I can't fault you, it is your first trip here after all."

"Ah, I get the humor. No one really takes the trip here twice eh? Can't see why not, I've only had to put my hair out about 10 times."

"I don't take procrastination well. Either your an idiot or you really don't care that your addressing the Duke of Avernus. Either way, answer the damn question already."

"Ah yes... what was it again? Why? Well... if you really want to know, it's so I could have this huge grin on my face, realizing that the life I lived, though it ended me here, is one I can be proud of. I'm sure felonies and pillaged villages are probably the equivalent of medals of honor around here, but I'm fine with what I have to brag about in my own right.

At this, the general begins laughing. Nearly bringing himself to tears, if he's even capable of crying.

"Really? No other reason? Typically I get the whole story of the tiefling who kept their nose clean, never imagining they'd end up here. Though you? You resisted temptation so valiantly just so you could have bragging rights?"

"Well, it's my way of showing I'm cut from a different cloth from the rest. All those things you've listed, I've really done. How many Tieflings can you name that have such tales to tell? Whether I'm a cut above or below the average is all a matter of perspective honestly. I'm content with how I've lived. Oh... and if your going to laugh, maybe you should save your breath. I really don't care that you mock me. Let all the planes have an uproar of laughter at me. It honestly won't phase me in the slightest." she boasted in turn.

Bel clearly wasn't amused, despite the malevolent smirk on his face. "I'm going to enjoy ripping that dumb grin off your face. You know, for a wizard, you sure weren't smart enough to keep your boasting to yourself."

He says as he rushes forward and picks Kala up by the collar of the robes she died in.

This was interrupted however, by the flapping of wings overhead... and then the distinct lack of a tiefling in Bel's grip...

[color=6c1504]M. Bison Congressman Vincent Vega[/color] [sub](Current Appearance)[/sub] | The President.
Location: "Da White Crib", Washington DC
Time: Morning
Music: The Ultimate Badass (Saints Row 4).
[color=6c1504]"..."*****"?..."[/color]

In the face of eternal shame and mental scarring, Bison saw his life flash before his very eyes...

"[Bac (Vietnamese Honorific that roughly translates to gentleman who is older than my father), I know that we've kept ourselves hidden from outsiders for a long time but this is different. If we don't help the world now, the world will storm our mountain and destroy us all. We need to do this or ... or we'll lose it all.]" Puce explained to the Village elder, Puce's Great Grandfather.

As Puce spoke with the elder, Kurumu spotted the boy named Vega and waved him over.

"[Herro!]" She tried to say in Vietnamese, though her accent made it sound strange.
The small child stared on, fascinated not merely by their strange looks and clothes but by the fact they were even here, Vega wasn't even aware of a world outside the Village.
He was nervous about what to say or do, Looking around for his mother for fear of her disapproval.
[color=6c1504]"[.......Hello.....Are.....You...From outside?...]"[/color] He finally said after a near minute of silence.

Kurumu nodded to the little boy with a rather large, though kind, smile as she knelt down to his level and looked him in the face. She suddenly felt a bit uncomfortable while in her Metallic Body however, it seemed that the people in Puce's village understood why she was that way.

"[Yes... I am from the outside of the village.]" Kurumu said though with a bit of difficulty. While her native Japanese could be a bit of a tongue twister at time, listening to the sing song language of Vietnamese seemed a bit more complex as she not only had to pay attention to the words, she had to listen to their inflection, the same word could mean different things based on inflection.

"[Don't worry though we're flowers...]" Kurumu said though the little boy looked puzzled for a moment and then corrected her.

[color=6c1504]"[Peaceful?]"[/color] He asked

"[Ohhhh! Yes... Peaceful... I'm sorry I can't speak Vietnamese that great it seems.]" Kurumu said with a giggle.

Meanwhile, Puce watched from outside the his Great Grandfather's Hut, waiting for a decision on whether a meeting of all the villages was to take place. He had been checking around the village for the person who had mastered channeling energy into flesh. The villagers that did speak to him about it did so in hushed tones and told him that he should not be asking these questions... however... seeing that Kurumu was getting along with the child, Puce walked over.

"Chao Am! (Hello Younger Brother) [I was wondering... do you know who among the villages has mastered the Soul and Body elements?]" Puce asked in a friendly tone.

Vega eyes were still glued to Kurumu's Strange Body, He'd seen such constructs before but this was from Outside the Village.
He soon snapped out of his gaze when Puce arrived.
[color=6c1504]"[...I'm not sure...Just I haven't....I mean We're not....."From" the Village...]"[/color] He said as he looked down steadily.
That was when he saw it, His features were off from the norm of the Village and as his Mother walked past the two with a disapproving nod, He could tell that she wasn't related to Vega, not by blood.
[color=6c1504]"[.......My father.........With.....a outsider....]"[/color] He admitted, He was a Bastard, the outcome of his father's lack of self control.

Puce nodded at the little boy understandingly. Prior to setting out into the world, Puce had been just like all the other villagers, suspicious of outsiders, especially in the wake of the Puce knew was about going to eventually happen, not only with M. Bison but with what Puce was requesting.

"[It's okay. We all come from somewhere, even your father.]" Puce said with a smile. He gestured at Kurumu for a moment before speaking once more.

"[Kurumu here is from the Empire of Japan... as for me... I'm from somewhere... close.]" Puce said, keeping the fact he was born in a hut not far from where they sat right there.

Kurumu stood up and gave the boy a formal bow, before smiling once again.

"[See? Eventually everyone will know that not all outsiders are bad.]" Puce said, mussing up the kid's hair.

"[So... did they teach you how to channel energy yet?]" Kurumu asked with a bit of excitement in her voice.

[color=6c1504]"[...No...just...They don't think....because of.....They say only those of the Village are allowed to be taught.]"[/color] Vega said, realizing years ago what his status in the Village was.
[color=6c1504]"[...I wish I could do someplace else...But where?...How?]"[/color] He sighed as several of the children ran past playing Tag.
[color=6c1504]"[....Oh well....I have chores to do...]"[/color] he before walking away.

Puce had convinced the Village to send help in a battle against a rouge Author named Daniel. While the day was saved, the losses were heavy.
As for the Child from Puce's Village, He recalled the day his parent's died.
The Taunting, the shaming, the loneliness.
Then he came to the Village, a stranger, his mentor.
"{Are you the one known as Vega?...}" He asked.
[color=6c1504]"[W-why?]"[/color]

"{I am Kato and you are of use to me...}"
And for M. Bison, The rest was history.

It was then that he should have been smacked in the face and marked for life, but instead, The President stumbled as the Congressman seemed to disappear entirely from his plane of existence.
That was then answered when a pair of large feet Slammed violently into the back of the President's head, the Congressman's weight slamming him into the ground as Bison stood strong, albeit weeping and slightly simmering from getting tazed.
[color=6c1504]"Impressive. You certainly fought for the right to sit on that chair. But in the grand scheme of things, You are nothing to me. All men shall bow, especially you. I'll be sure to let the country know where you stand on National Security in the next session of Congress. Good Day, Mr. President."[/color] He hissed before he began walking out of the office, stopping to wipe his eyes on the American Flag on his way out.
That child didn't pass his masters training to become someone's "*****".

(This is actually nearly the end of the D&D lore in all this. I know that seems strange considering that Kala is a D&D character... mostly.) Kala's sudden disappearance didn't go unnoticed by the now infuriated General Bel, though the sound of flapping wings was only then noticed by the general, coming from above his fortress. Needless to say, it didn't take long for him to blame it's source for the intrusion on his "fun."

It also did not take long, for the being responsible to glide down to his level.

"I do apologize for my late arrival. It is not very often I need fetch someone from a plane this outlandish to my own." A figure apologizes. It would take a well honed eye to see the feminine face beneath the gold embroidered, black hood and robes they wear. It would certainly not take well honed eyes, to spot the naturally black, feathered wings that quite closely resembled Kalastryn's.

"You burst in here and steal from me one sentenced to the eternal pains of this realm, from my territory, and all you apologize for is not doing it sooner?! You have some nerve, I'll give you that, but I'm not one for apologies. Explain yourself, now!"

"You are NOT entitled to an explanation from me, devil. Also, your the one who should be showing me respect! You are addressing Lumiel, goddess of wisdom, and I rightfully demand you not raise your voice to me a second time."

For as steel nerved as the "Dark Eight" are... he seems to be backing down at that revelation. Gritting his teeth, he asks as calmly as he can, though clearly not succeeding at seeming the least bit humbled.

"Heh... fine... entitlement or no, would you be so gracious as to inform me as to what's going on here? If I may be so bold as to ask."

"As I've stated previously, you are certainly not entitled to demand explanation from me. Though since you seem to have asked as respectfully as a brute like you can muster, I'll indulge." The being says before giving a moment for Bel to calm himself.

"I'm sure she showed you the wings I gifted her with, correct?"

"No, I didn't see them, though I do have on file somewhere that she does possess them."

"Regardless of whether or not you've seen them with your own eyes, they are more than just appendages for flight. In my world, or... worlds, I should say [footnote]If you haven't guessed already, this isn't exactly D&D lore... right after the first failed iteration of the western arc, it was said that two weeks passed, if I recall. Seeing as I did not use Kalastryn for what of the arc we actually completed, I explained their absence as being called to another realm. This was when she got her wings, and the lore "Lumiel" and her explanation is to the setting of that universe, rather than D&D. [/footnote] they are gifted only to those the rest of the gods of those worlds choose to protect those worlds. This is only part of the gift however."

"Well, what's the other part then? I don't see yet how that explains why my hands aren't around her neck at this point."

"... Your violent nature aside... the other part is that being chosen by even one of us brings a great amount of status and respect with it. For a long time, the two worlds we split ourselves to protecting weren't exactly... satisfied with the form of the other's inhabitants. Almost too naturally, war broke out almost as soon as the two races, the Asmodians, and the Elyos, found ways to cross between those worlds. For a long time also, this dispute separated my brethren gods on either side of the war as well."

"Ha! An entire pantheon of gods choosing sides and fighting amongst themselves... what I wouldn't pay to see that." He says, although his smirk actually fades a little as "Lumiel" seems rather annoyed at that statement. "Alright, look, it's no secret our types don't get along well. This whole story amus- interests me though, so I guess I can spare the decency to keep my mouth shut to the end if your willing to continue."

"I'm holding you to that, keep your lips closed together won't you? Anyway... while we were all quite annoyed with each other, we weren't so angered as to spill our own blood on the matter. We allowed, and in fact encouraged, the guardians of those worlds to fight each other. We saw little harm in this... the reason that such is the case being the other side to our gifts to those guardians, whom we call "Daevas." In essence, though too little time has passed for miss Zannifer to likely notice... she wasn't aging anym-"

"Alright, let me stop you right there. If your honestly trying to tell me that tiefling ***** is immortal then there's a little bit of a hole in that logic. She was here because she died! Forgive me if I don't exactly buy that excuse, but by all means, convince me!" The Duke of Avernus protested with a loss of temper, clearly refusing to believe that of all things a tiefling would be the first to escape Baator. Unharmed at that (though he was so close...)

"Oh shut your mouth before I shut it for you! The "problem with my logic" is solved by a few key things. I didn't say she was immortal, I just said her body wouldn't age. Or, would have, had you not had the rage control of the average teenage outburst!" She retorts, though takes a deep breath and regains composure a few moments later. "Right... well... moving on. As I stated, her body won't age, and the fact she manages to elude this place is not due to invincibility. All Daevas are still quite vulnerable to harm and, yes, even death. What secures them their survivability, however, is that the status they hold in our world results in an uncanny willingness for any of the also uncanny multitude who are capable of it... to resurrect them."

"... So.... your saying she can knock on my front door as many times as she wants... while she just waits to hitch a ride out of HELL?!

"Oh look, you can think outside of rage and violence.

"No... no no no no NO! I'm sure with how much the two of you know each other she's told you about that contract that makes her a tiefling in the first place! She can't just ignore that!! She belongs HERE DAMMIT!!

"... I've wasted enough time on monsters like yourself for the day... so I'll make this brief. Yes, you have your contract, and yes, it's still binding. Though, her soul only belongs to this place when she dies. In order for you to claim them entirely, they have to stay dead. Which I'm afraid just isn't a possibility. Face it, she found a loophole... with my help of course. Still, one would think such an easy exploit to find would have been solved ages ago. Though, if you handle the paperwork, I could definitely see why it hasn't." She mocks, as she's clearly spent enough time chatting with Bel, stretches her wings out and flies out of his fortress, disappearing back to her realm, leaving a scowling devil in her wake.
