I don't know...I think final fantasy 12, which says something. I think it may be the only game I hate due to sheer disappointment and it being shit.

This ************ right here. Gods that was one of the most asinine games I've ever played. The first level was do-able, but after that came twitchy slimes that jumped around with the speed of light. After that came werewolves that jumped around with Warp 10.

Mind you, I only got there once or or twice or something, seeing as every single enemy one-shotted you without fail, even showing this nice little gruesome death animation. Fuck you Dave. May you melt a thousand times. Makes me glad I never touched Battle Toads or something.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the NES. Fuck you dangling electric seaweed things. No one has ever beaten that part, nobody. If you say otherwise you are a liar or used a game genie.
That part is pretty easy, I couldnt do it as a kid but years later I booted it up and beat it first try, ironicly getting there fighting regular baddies was insanely hard and I got my ass handed to me.

Probably not the frst game i ever hated but the one game that comes to mind is The darkness. What really pissed me off about it was how many people liked dispite its horrid gameplay and sense of pacing.
I use gamefly and if a gmae sucks I stop playing and send it back. I send lots of games back. I sent Bayonetta back, it bored me. I finished the Darkness, it sucked but i just couldnt stop playing. The story didnt make me want to know more. It don't know what it was about it made me and others like a game we all know sucks.

halo2 just because of the ending. Well there pretty much was no ending to that game, it basically said buy our next game if you want an ending. It made me feel as if all the time i had put into playing that game was for nothing. So I hate that game for being a big waste of time.
I sold my xbox to a friend after that game. So excited to play, beat it in an evening, got the the last cutscene thought "Wow this parts gonna be sweet...nope credits, well fuck."

Final Fantasy X, before that i had always tried to have a positive outlook, and knew that some games weren't meant for me. But this, by god, the mind-numbingly dull puzzles and WTH-combat. This game was one of the reasons i started checking up on the internet and magazines and stuff for reviews.

There's only one game I really hate, and that's Eternal Sonata. Everything about that game is terribly written and executed, pretentious, preachy, condescending, and against everything I hold dear. I get angry just thinking about it, and I don't get angry easily.

Everything else is annoying. But this... This game... It just has to die...

Seriously, MW2. I never hate on a game for being less than stellar. MW2 was different. Everyone loved it to death yet I couldn't play it because it was so glitchy and unbalanced. Flat out broken. BO continues this trend.
That's a lie and you know it. MW2 and BO is like Justin Bieber, very popular in the mainstream, but almost every other nerd hates it.

Star Wars: Rebellion. An empire-building style strategy game, it wasn't that well put together, and it seemed like each difficulty level had a built-in timer that after a certain day, you get attacked constantly, no matter which side of the Galactic Civil War you were on. I gave up on the game, and I think I traded it in just to get rid of it.

Shadow the Hedgehog: Marketing Research Gone Horribly Wrong

Actually, let me add mode in on this infuriating subject...

This is the product of a development company that had hit a party, got drunk of their ass, fell in love with an idea and had a one-night stand, then accidentally created a bastard child with very next morning. This is the result of marketing research that may possibly be punishable by death. You're Shadow the Hedgehog, a gang-banging woodland creature that prefers to drive motorcycles and shoot things with your duel Uzis. With that being said, you'll most likely have a safe bet on which direction the game takes on afterwords.

You know, I really can't think of a game that I truly despised. I remember way back in the SNES era trying to play Earthworm Jim but never being able to get past the first level, but that was cuz I was a kid, and at that time I also couldn't beat Ganon, King K. Rool, Bowser, or any rendition of Sigma, so needless to say my experiences as a child were bittersweet.

I think the only game that I truly dislike, despite giving it every chance, would be Summoner. The game was needlessly dark/bleak, mainly because whoever made the graphics decided to smear everything in shit, including the characters' faces, the story was interesting at first, but after the first half just sort of collapsed in on itself for the age old "You have to find all these bad guys, but we're not giving you any hints as to where they are, and no further dialog or plot to try to move things along. Just check everywhere on this gigantic map that likes to throw you into random battle zones every few steps and maybe you'll find them." Combat was slow, leveling up was a tedious grind that rivaled the levels of some MMOs, and while in the first half your Summoning ability summoned powerful, awesome-looking allies to fight alongside you like in FFX or XII, the second half they all turn into the summons from every other FF, where they show up, do a fancy jig, deal some damage, then take all your MP and leave.

Lead and Gold-Gangs of the Wild West

Got it for free in a contest, doesn't make it any better. It was completely unplayable. I couldn't connect to a single server! And, this is a multiplayer game. Also, damn glitchy, your arm could go through your neck, and shoot someone behind you.
