Common Alias: Debtor

Power/Abilities: Since birth, every family member owes a debt. At birth the newborn child cannot sustain itself and therefore their mother must sacrifice herself in order to allow them to live. Because of that reason women are more cherished in the family than men.
The reason why such an event occurs is because of the ability the family member wield. They have complete and utter mastery of their body. They can move their blood, push their muscles to their limit and tear them, adding large amount of calcium to certain bones - moving them close to their skin and using them as shields against blunt force and sometimes even stand against metal swords.
This leaves them crippled, mangled and sometimes resulting at their deaths after certain encounters. To counter this misfortunate side affect, they've developed amazing healing abilities. The abilities do not operate on pure willpower, (unlike most "regenerating" beings) they draw on the biological materials of others, decomposing them and using them as material to restore the body of the user. Furthermore, if a user is hit by a sword or projectile and is bleeding, the user is able to stop the blood flow from leaving his body, thus preventing unnecessary blood loss. A user, with enough skill, can use the blood of a fallen enemy to restore his, the bones of a corpse to restore his ability to walk and their muscles to mend those that failed and teared at combat. The act of sacrifice made by the mother is a complete reversal of this ability, giving life to the newborn infant by sacrificing parts of her body, killing the mother in the process. (In modern times the medicinal science is developed enough to handle most of these births without having the mother sacrifice her life for her child, thus allowing the existence of a normal family cell, with more than one child).
Their offensive capabilities are staggering. They can control their biological material inside of their bodies but also outside of it. They can use their blood as a whip, high velocity projectile or shield, their bones as a shield or a weapons. The only boundaries behind this technique is that constant use of it without rest will result in the loss of too much blood leading to the death of the user. the destruction of their body always follows the offensive path of these users, making them a danger to themselves and their enemies.

Common Features: Every child born as a Debtor will have the name of their creditor engraved on their forehead, the name of their mothers, in order to remind them of the debt they must return when they become parents themselves. As the generations evolved they began growing with excess body parts to increase their chance of survival - whether it may be an extra toe in their feet or another finger, it may be deconstructed and used in emergencies as vital biological material. Many born this way with visible deformities are shunned from society.
On the other hand some may make themselves appear to be beautiful. With their ability to manipulate their biological material they can always have perfect white teeth. They can create muscle mass without much work (though actual energy and material is required) and transform body fat into sugar and protein.
Seems just a little intense, but if you don't go overboard, It should be fine...
Just please don't go overboard...

EDIT: Okay, It seems you are all ready... I need to tie up one loose end, then I can start it... I'll begin writing up the Opening post now...
Anyone has any last question PM them to me... And I'll post it in here...

What do you mean by saying 'going overboard'?
I should know that, so that I'll avoid crossing those lies.

I agree that if you don't have that ability I don't like your power will be vastly under-powered. But projectiles is also something bad - Someone shoots at you and you say "Ha Ha! You can't hit me since I used my vortex and now you're getting it in your face!".
This is also problematic. I know that you didn't want to be someone that teleports but you should consider this. It'll balance out this without making any game breaking additions.
Ok I can live without having the vortex being two way portals. If I keep the vortexes one way only than would you be fine that nothing can enter the "out" vortex?
Example the user make the out vortex near a villain, before the user use his fist into the "in" vortex the villain spotted the out vortex and shoot in it. Normally if the vortexes were two way than the bullet would come out from the user end but since it's one way only, the bullet would bounce off when getting near the out vortec due to being the "out" vortex?

Another scenerio with certain loop holes to keeping the vortex appear from the user sight. Would you be fine if this scenerio happen (something I want to use depending if it is suitable to that scene and timeline).
The user is a starving child and saw a fruit stand in the market. The child got no money and it's impossible to steal because of the fruit shop owner. The child head around the corner so the owner can't see the child. The images of the fruit stand is fresh in the child mind which allow him/ her to make a vortex at the fruit stand and stole a fruit.
It's somewhat still acceptable that the out vortex was still near the child but he/she just didn't currently see it. It could be said the same problem if the user can make the out vortex behind him/ herself.
Granted the user can only do this only when the image of the surroundding is fresh in the user mind and it is near him/her e.g. would it be acceptable if user had left the room but use his vortex to grab something in the past room (yeah the user would be lazy like that instead or reentering it).
What you described is (in my opinion) exactly like the mechanics of 'Jumper'.
He "lives" the moment, the place in his memory or imagination and then he is able to teleport - in your case, create a vortex without having any eye contact.
This should REALLY go through the GM, not me, because if I make you do stuff you don't want to, It'll just make us both feel bad.

What do you mean by saying 'going overboard'?
I should know that, so that I'll avoid crossing those lies.
By Going overboard, I mean altering your body in such a way that you will do any or even close to any of the following: Completely stopping an attack
Getting injured by an attack, and causing no blood loss/pain from it. Even a healer can't do that.
Being able to have your ability up forever (You need time to recharge, things like this are draining, it applies to everyone)
Blood would make a terrible shield if formed quickly, given time you could create a great one, but you can't just simply create something completely impenetrable in a matter of milliseconds... Seconds at the least.
And any form of God Modding, Puppeteering or trenchcoating, unless I allow it or it's against NPC's.

ANy of them.

Here's a question for everyone:

Are there any powers you wanted to add to your character but thought it made them overpowered. For me i wanted to give them the ability to use electromagnetism to cling to metal surfaces. And enhanced strength and agility. but it just seemed way overpowered.
simple having no limit to how many animals that he could fuse with, he would be able to became a hydra like creature with extreme strength, great speed, flight, spitting extremely strong poison with pin point accuracy over great distance, have bullet resistance, breath both on land and water, have ultra sound, heat vision, UV vision, plus more light spectrum's, being able to change shape, colour and texture, a jaw and claws strong enough to pierce through solid steel, being able to climb on any surface, being able to digest virtually anything, immunity against nearly all known bacteria, viruses and parasites and I could keep going with this list.

elephant, bear, octopus, spitting copra, can't think of the name but it is a fish that shoots water at fly's but he also takes the fact that light curves when it enters the water, mantis shrimp, crocodile, bat, bald eagle, cows, goats, geckos, spider, can't think of the name but it is the worlds most poisons jelly fish. from these animals I could get all the above abilities(total of 14 animals for 19 abilities).

[HEADING=1]Era of the Gods[/HEADING]

The day was as bleak as a day could get. The lustrous blue sky and illuminating sun both were being blocked by foreboding dark Grey clouds, casting their shadows over the entire land. The heavens crashed with thunder, and rain began to fall down, increasing with speed until it slammed into the battle field below. The Hydra roared, and the peasants screamed and ran. They sprinted away from the gigantic beast, but they couldn't run fast enough. The massive beast was gaining ground on the innocent civilians. The hydra was dripping wet, and it accentuated the green skin on its scales. Its head looked ferocious, sharp teeth snapping at everything, and a massive neck, longer than its body. It had spines running down its neck and back, sharp enough to cut skin if anyone was to touch one.

Its head snapped at backs of the slower villagers, but they continued running, hoping that someone would save them. One person tripped and the Hydra squealed with delight, moving its neck down to grab a bite. As it neared its prey, a man with a helmet made of metal to resemble a wolf's head, slammed into it, as he rammed into it, a snap resounded through the air. The Saviour helped the man up and pushed him off on his way. The hydra just laid there for a moment, before twitching then it's neck re-snapping back in place, and lifting it's head to threaten the man with the helmet.

Zero yelled loudly over the rain and thunder, "It's still not dead I'll need some help here!" to the surrounding team members around the area, and he just waited for it to attack, his powers couldn't help too much right here, only after they had killed it would he be of service.

<spoiler=OOC>It has begun. The team mates are you, you are all in this area (Sorry but I need to enforce this for now) and we are trying to kill this Hydra, I figured we should start with some action... Plot will happen soon after this...
Even if you are an evil character you are still in it at this part...

Strife smiled, looking over at Zero as he called for help. He shrugged and decided that he would lend a hand if it would get him out of this bloody arena quicker. Armor began to cover his bare arms, turning his fingers into deadly claws and his elbows into curved spikes. It was a crueler form than the other members of the Golem family, but he preferred it due to its effectiveness in combat situations. He started a slow jog which turned into a sprint, aiming straight for the hyrda as he raced towards the hydra. His head finally covered itself in the armor, leaving his head and the rest of his body defended.

"Can't handle it on your own Zero?" Strife called out as he raced by, bringing a clawed hand out to lash at the hydra's exposed neck.

Blink slipped into the battle field, a hundred or so yards behind strife and Zero. Blink smiled as he stepped out of the swirling black portal behind him and looked at the hydra. "Interesting!" He said as he pulled his cloak around him, trying to ward of the cold after effects of travel on the plain of ghosts. It will be interesting to see how this turns out... He thought to himself as he grabbed at the curved dagger he wore around his waist. He was comforted by the familiar worn leather handle of the knife.

Variava quickly looked around, spying the closest vantage points as he ran closer to the call for help. He quickly threw his bag up a nearby tree, and climbed up quickly after it. From his back he took his bow, a primitive thing to say the least, but built well enough to get the job done. From his bag he produced the his bow string, and quickly strung it and gave it a test twang as he gave a satisfied smirk. From a quiver on his leg (closer to a pouch than an actual bonified quiver) he set the arrow up and brought it back quickly, and almost as fast let the arrow go, the twang of the arrow and the sound of the shot arrow music to his ears. Variava smiled as he brought another arrow to his bow, his red pupils lighting up slowly as he began to aim the second shot, going for the beasts eyes for lack of a weak point.

"Going to have to work as a team Strife! I wouldn't expect anyone to handle this on their own!" Variava called out quickly to his charging team mate.

On the other side of the village, Eve stares at the monstrosity. 'This isn't a thing I should be fighting' she thought to herself. After a few moments she noticed that some faster villagers manage to avoid the attacks of the Hydra.

Eve fell down to her knees and began screaming. She tore apart most of her muscle mass in her left arm, using it to increase the muscle mass in her legs in an effort to greatly enhance her speed. A few minutes pass, but for Eve the unbearable pain made it feel like hours. Eve stands up on her two feet, her left arm dangling from her shoulder with just enough muscle to hold it together.

Eve extends a tooth and gives it a sharp edge while she sacrifices some bone from her pinkey finger on her left arm. She then cuts her right forearm and creates a passageway for her blood to manifest, creating a curved sword like weapon that extends from her forearm. She looks at the others fighting and asks herself, 'Why am I fighting for these people?'.

This is the kind of weapons I'll use. You will see some more of it in the future.
Why am I fighting here? I don't like fighting, every battle takes a toll on my body, since I'm making it into a salad.

"Let's see if you can take on this guy without using that shield of yours aye strife?" Zero asked him as he saw him sprint in and go for the monsters neck. The monster tried to dodge, but as the claw raked across its neck, the Armour proved stronger than the scales, cutting a gash in its neck. It roared back, raising it's head higher.

It's sudden movement made the first arrow miss, but the next one that he aimed buried itself deep into its eye. It began to thrash about wildly, charging forward trying to stomp on someone.

Zeros smile faded as he was forced to dodge to the side to avoid being squashed.

<spoiler=OOC>To make my ability have an at least somewhat offensive capabilities, I'm going to edit my sheet somewhat...

<spoiler=IronRuler>All will be revealed. You can't expect everything to be revealed in the first post

Grimm raised his head greet the black, swirling clouds overshadowing himself and the beast before him. His face wearing a humble smile one would use to greet an old friend, Such a perfect day .
Grimm fell to his knees and pound, with both hands, the abyss of his shadow. The shadow rippled like a stone cast into a pond (this was just the beginning of what was to come). Soon the shadow began to sliver up his arms like a pitch black serpent, it began to mould around Grimm's arms and ooze like a foul sludge.
When Grimm rose his arms were covered in a glistening, obsidian like substance. His fingers tipped with blade sharper than any metal.
Grimm glanced over his shoulder after hearing a query from a woman behind him, one of her arm's hung, lifeless. the other with a scythe like construct of crystalline red
"Because we can, we have a means they do not. To simply let them die would be selfish and lazy." Answered Grimm as he began to advance of the beast before him. He Yelled out to the woman as she stood questioning herself further.
"Besides, I'm sure it will be a good fight."

Variava almost lost his smirk when the first arrow sailed past, but quickly it grew broader than ever when he called out "Now that's what I call a hit!" He said laughingly as he notched another arrow into his bow, and began aiming toward the wound in the beasts neck, this time to make sure he calculated the movement along with the actual aim of his bow, as he let off another shot. He quickly looked down at his quiver, and cursed at himself for not making more arrows earlier, as he was down to just a few more.

He quickly unstrung his bow as he grabbed his pack and slung both around his shoulder. As the beast ran forward so did he, wanting to find a better vantage point before it moved past where he could effectively hit it.
