MW2; the maps were really unbalanced, still has tons of bugs, the multiplayer content was unbalanced, the campaign storyline was ridiculous and not in a good way, it was unbalanced, the campaign was too short and frustrating at points, the multiplayer was really uneven, Spec Ops was underdeveloped, the guns were unbalanced in MW2 and in general, multiplayer issues from as far back as the first games still weren't addressed and even more glaring because of design changes.

Ultimately I think the campaign and Spec Ops issues are acceptable, but MP was really badly handled. Its a shame because MW2 was so promising, it ultimately just didn't measure up; in fact none of the Call of Duty's since 4 have measured up really.
KOTOR 2; don't get me wrong, its really fun, but it could have been so much better. Had LucasArts only given the developers as long as originally promised, then the whole shenanigans with incomplete and premature conclusions to quests and heavy number of glitches wouldn't have been so disappointing. Plus, there were a few design decisions I took real issue with such as the pot-luck loot drop (which screwed me over a good few times; 7 double-bladed lightsabers and one short and I needed a normal!!!).
