I have like three Victor Vector and Yondo games. I barely ever got past the first few screens, but I've got them. I also have the Chex Quest game disc that came free in boxes of cereal. I could never play it because I owned a mac, but my neighbor loved it on his PC. And I have Freedom Fighters on the gamecube. It's so obscure, I had to take a minute to think of the name, but it was the first title to come to mind. It was a pretty solid squad based shooter before that was a genre. The trick was sending in your troops ahead of you and let them take all the damage first, then clean up the remaining enemies. I never beat it because it went to a really hard solo section towards the end and I couldn't get past a certain point where an elevator wouldn't trigger. I'm still bitter about it.LookingGlass said:I own a 1993 game called Victor Vector & Yondo: The Cyberplasm Formula. In fact I still have the CD right here.
I actually bought it for $15 new at GameStop when I got my PS3. took it back the next day after being unable to force myself through the first tutorial battle and got a full refund.Arina Love said:hmmm most obscure is Last rebellion on PS3....just junk J-RPGs so shitty that hyperdimension neptunia (which i own too) compared to it is masterpiece of gaming design. why i bought it? it was cheap and i pretty much buy every j-rpg that is coming out on PS3.
You call out somebody over an obscure game then name one of the most famous PC franchises in history? Uhuh...no oneder said:Uhm... well, something on PC. PC gaming is pretty obscure. What would you consider obscure, fine sir/madam?
