An old co-worker got permabanned from Warcraft 3 for getting drunk and loudly questioning an 8 year old's sexuality and claiming that he was his true father. He bought a second copy of it (but got the battle chest this time around). But 17 copies? Isn't /b/ enough for him?

What was an 8 year old doing on WC3 and how could you get banned for talking ridiculous things on wc3. Was it on vent or something? I don't know, I feel if all a ban took was getting drunk and saying bizarre head-warpingly disturbing things I would've been banned long ago.

Seriously, I don't think that anyone is stupid enough to buy the same game 17 times. There's no doubt in my mind that he's getting the game for free.

how many keygens work online? if he has a keygen and used them online then he is about to get a legal slap in the face.

NO game developer would allow a generated key to work online. They use an algorithm for confirmation at installation which can be reverse engineered, but have their own bank of actual keys usable for online play. The chance of a generated key being one of these is preposterously slim.

The CONJOPI troll(s) on Youtube seems to be dedicated to getting every semi-popular channel suspended. Not only that but they have spawned a whole new breed of copy cat trolls.

Blizzard is fairly serious and strict when someone takes the time to report you. And he said 8, could've been 12, 14, 26, or anywhere in between. However, I see no reason to doubt the other part of the story sine he did have to buy a second copy of WC3

I'd be mad if I wasn't so impressed. He's probably just a rich kid with nothing better to do though. I don't know if that game has dedicated servers but if it doesn't I'm sure by the time all the reports get processed through red tape he still enjoys the game for a month or two.

I once had a long and drawn out battle with a very sophisticated and subtle troll on this forum by the name of "Urdnot Wrex", he got banned after a while though.

I remember that guy, he wasnt very subtle.

You get banned for teamkilling...? I'm not saying that Tk is a good thing but if it's part of the game so you shouldn't be punished for it. SOund a bit harsh from here. I get bored on CS and TK sometimes just for the hell of it but I don't think that would justify my Steam account being closed.

You have no idea. Since he just camps his teams spawn, it just stops them from playing the game.
Someone at the TW forum had a list of his stats, 250 or so deaths...
And over 5000 teamkills. Its ruining the game for other people and it cant be tolerated.
