Fallout 3 is fun.
Oh yeah, that really isn't so much a replayable game, but there is a hell of a lot of game time.

I've played it through 3 times and playing through it again now. There is SO much content, that and Legend of Zelda: Any one of them.

KotOR probably. A lot of old-school games mostly. But there are a lot of games out there that I cant play again after I beat them

Stuff by Bethesda is generally full of replayability.
Mainly because you can do whatever the hell you want.

Super Mario Land on the original Gameboy. I know all the spawns and at least most of the secret stuff.

Games that I have played through equal to or more than three times include:
Prince of Persia sands of time (first one, my copy is the GC version)
Beyond Good and Evil (I'm one of about three people in the world who owns the GC version of this)
Eternal Darkness (counting the different alignments)
Spyro PS1 trilogy
Dreamfall: The Longest Journey
Okami
Metroid Prime 1
Off topic, but I owned Beyond Good & Evil on GC, you are not alone. :)
And Eternal Darkness was also jaw shatteringly awesome.

Pretty much any RPG that has tons of content and character customization. As I ahve said for the past week, right now Oblivion is pretty much the uncontested winner here out of the games I currently have.
One time, I found a small camp of villagers who wanted to build a town, and they give you a quest to start a war between the two local trolls. After stealing the staff from one and putting it in the other cavern, and they, y'know murdered each other, they actually (over a few days) built it. It was a great to actually change something, instead of slightly affecting it.

Pong. Technically, you have played the entire game after just about ten seconds. The ball moves across both sides of the screen and it has been hit by the little paddle things. Roll credits.

Dragon age: origins, first playthrough it took me over a month to beat since I took my time. Then I replayed like 4 times to see how alternate choices played out and to get stuff I missed. Even then it took me like 6 days to go through a one playthrough. I did all 4 playthroughs as just a warrior; still need to roll mage and try out the mage exclusive quests. ;D

Star Wars Battlefront II.

Me and my flat mate have been playing the galactic conquest mode for ages, we even wrote our own lame ass stories XD.
