The challenge I loved (and loathed cause of the amount of times died) in Bioshock was the first Big Daddy. That was sexy. Seriously I messed up the hacks by destroying the two (or 3) turrets and all I had was the guns. I used nearly every bullet in my arsenal. I was so tempted to harvest the little sister after it (but i have a conscience).KillerMidget said:

It was in Bioshock. This Nitro Splicer (the guys with explosives) threw a bomb at me, when I caught it with telekinesis and threw it just above his head. The resulting explosion lit his crate of OTHER explosives that was in his other hand on fire, and he just started freaking out and blew up.

In CoD WaW I used to suicide bomb with C4s, by hiding in an often visited outpost, and planting a C4 (normally the entire stock, since I was gonna die anyway, all around me and the door/corner I was hiding in

In SSBM, i was fighting someone on flatzone, and i batted a 2d wrench across the map and killed him. It just so happened to be a Mexican standoff with each of us having one life left. Epic screaming and rejoicing fallowed.
in rainbow six Vegas two i got a head shot with a grenade, though i don't think it ever exploded, also didn't think you could get a head shot with a grenade.
Nothing takes the pain out of being killed by someone who killed you with Last Stand/ Second Chance than having Martyrdorm... *Chuckles evily*
*EDIT* My best instance of a kill was in Counter-Strike: Source. I was playing with Deathmatch mod and had random weapons every turn enabled. While playing on De-Dust, I was handed the rubbish Scout Tactical. Since I didn't expect to last long, I was running around aimlessly.
I walked into the dark building with the stairs via the back entrance. Expecting to find a vacant sniping point, I instead found two enemys defending the sides. Reacting suddenly, I pulled the trigger... And got them both. In the head. With a no-scope.
Oh, and blowing someones head off in VATS on Fallout 3 with the hunting rifle. The slide is so satisfiying... *Boom!* *Cha-*****!*

Once i was playing Halo 3 and i was riding in a mongoose, and a warthog landed on top of my mongoose and it said i got beat down
I was confused, so i checked the theater after the match. Turns out, there was an invisible guy who just happened to punch me a split second before the warthog landed on me.
I imagine he was pretty happy

This kill story is both satsfying and quite funny, well to me anyway.
"So there was this annoying prick on cod4, who kept on giving me grief everytime I killed him he would call me a cheater or every time he killed me he would call me a dickhead or some other swear word".
As the game went on, the guy throws a grenade which kills me, the next thing I know is him shouting across his mike. "Did you fucking see that I threw that from the very end of the map, now I will call you a better player if you could do better noob".
To which I answer "okay"
I throw a grenade from the end of the map and wait next thing I see on my screen is 20 points four people killed with that single grenade and one of them was the guy with the mic.
Now I know that wasn't as impressive as (L3m0n_L1m3) Nine grenade kills, but hearing his reaction across the mic was music to my ears.
Note: When I said the lines "okay before throwing the grenade, I did not expect it to work it was just luck, but still really fucking satsfying luck.

...dont know i think meleeing 15 people in a row in Resistance 2 deathmatch Chicago isn't to bad. i dont usely remaber my kills on fps because somewhere someone has done that kill before.
