Yes, I do! Actually, I'm so deeply monogamous by nature, even when playing manwhores like Geralt, that I only had him sleep with Triss in both the first game and its sequel. However, even taking into account that canon!Geralt has been around the block a fair few times, as a Witcher I believe he doesn't catch or pass on STDs. My understanding is that this is at least part of why women are so eager to get with him... Sterility, unfortunately, being the other part. But, feck it, he's hot!

I found it weird how Witcher 1 let you sleep with her so early into the game, but she's a key character in Geralt's backstory, so I guess it makes sense, even though he can't remember. Yeah, the sterility thing sucks in the long run, but it means he can have fun without fear of accidents, which, in the nature of this topic, suits him fine. Haha. Geralt certainly is a good protagonist for this.

Geralt is immune to all diseases due to his mutations, STD's and all. So no, Witchers are free of any sexual diseases that might turn wary women away from them, in the Witcher universe.
