Baldur's Gate II
Persona 4
Bayonetta
Demon's Souls
Digital Devil Saga 2

Whenever a list like this comes up, my top two are the only ones that stay the same. Odd.

Now, without further ado, I announce this yearly popularity contest... OPEN!
Glad you didn't get deterred from doing this again, it's a great fun idea. This time, at least you know in advance to ignore the post-result bitching from annoyed fanboys.

So....

1. Fallout 3
2. Mass Effect 2
3. Half Life 2
4. Legend Of Zelda: A link To the Past
5. COD4

Heavy Rain

Can't wait for Onyx to call me on the fact that I've always put ME2 above Heavy Rain. Well... Not anymore.
Did LA Noire sway you towards Heavy Rain?

1: Half-Life 2
2: S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl
3: Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
4: Minecraft
5: Rome: Total War

I wonder if this list will be significantly different than the last one...

X-Com UFO Defense
Still play it to this day.

Starcaft 1
My first real RTS. Helped me really develop a love for the genre.

Mount & Blade
I was there in the early days of this game's development And got to watch it grow from a simple beta into a full fledged game, all while enjoying awesome mods along the way. Helped me really develop n appreciation for indie gaming as well as modding.

The Suffering.
Of all the horror games I've played none have ever scared me since I've played the Suffering.

Ultima Online
This was one of the first MMO's developed. Yet despite that a lot of it's mechanics haven't been copied. Of all the MMO's I've played this is still the one I've had the most fun with. I think the MMO market would be much better and much more varied place if everyone tried to copy Ultima rather than Everquest.

Baldur's Gate 2; Shadows of Amn
Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time
Mass Effect
Medieval Total War 2
Battlefield 2142

Gah so many more to choose, like S.T.A.L.K.E.R, The Witcher, Sins of a Solar Empire, Homeworld 2, Warcraft 3, Gears of War and more. Just not enough room so i tried picking the best from each genre.

Team Fortress 2.
Worms Armageddon.
Deus Ex.
No One Lives Forever 2.
Final Fantasy IX.

Too many games, this list would change if you asked me in about 10 mins time but those will do.
Shame most people won't even remember to consider No One Lives Forever or Worms though....
