The solution to all the world's problems

I have come to the conclusion that the single best form of government is a dictatorship led by an unassuming druggo. Think about it; his first law would be 'just fuckin relax', his second law would be legalising all drugs, and he wouldn't do much else than that because he has no aspirations of power. So the people would be free to do anything they wanted (as long as they remained calm).

The punishment for 'taking yourself too seriously' would be a compulsory session of marijuana usage. Society could proceed unhindered by special interest groups and an ignorant majority, since anyone who tries lobbying the government, or getting some artwork censored, or banning some kind of activity, or getting angry and kicking their dog, or protesting about fur coats or abortion or coal power or something, or suing over copyright infringement, or cheating to get ahead in business, is deemed 'uncool' and forced to smoke some grass until they calm the fuck down.

Thoughts?

EDIT: It's a variation on the 'benevolent dictatorship' idea, because the only person we can trust to keep their nose out of our business and not have any corruptible aspirations of power is a druggo.

EDIT: Okay since you kids aren't reading beyond the first page I'm putting this here:
1) The fundamental point I'm trying to make is that everybody needs to chill out, not that everybody should take drugs. Drugs are bad, etc.
2) I am not a pothead, I've never taken any recreational drugs, not even alcohol. But I do admire the stereotypical pothead's approach to life, and I think we can all learn from it.
3) People wouldn't be doped up all day every day just because drugs are suddenly legal. People have so much more sense than that.
4) The government isn't forcing you to take drugs all the time, only when you commit the crime of 'taking yourself too seriously'.

Thoughts? Society would crumble, crime would increase due to the number of drugs people would get addicted to, who would therefore steal and kill in order to gain them. People would give up work, as there would be no quality control, and since there's no police force (after all people can do what they want) rape, murder and other crimes would increase tenfold. Depression would increase due to the fact people would be outside their comfort zone, and eventually humans life-expectancy would vastly decrease. Congrats on ruining the world.

On topic: This is possibly one of the dumbest ideas I have heard in a long, long time. Have you ever met someone who lights up on a regular basis(everyday)? They have no drive to do anything. Nothing would get done. Ever, at all, if a mandatory "Do drugs" law came in. And thats just pot. Add in all the phsycological problems and halucinations created by the hard drugs, and you have one big cluster fuck waiting to burst. It's just a bad idea.

And everything would smell like shit.

Dude, dude, drugs are provided by the government at a discount price. And you can grow them in your yard legally. There's no need to steal or kill at all.

You're still talking about people being stoned out of their minds most of the time. Sure addection would go down over time. Since once it's perfectly normal people do as much of it as fast they can. They can take time. But no I'm not siding with you. It's still a fucking stupid idea. Say instead of weed, you used LSD. Yeah, what about the flashbacks. Jet fighter pilot was uptight in his yonger years and had a shot of LSD, he has a flashback in the middle of flight and when he comes too and can't pull up in time he crashs.
