Because Capcom would never viciously betray their fans. Just like Nintendo.

Capcom betrayed their fans by cancelling Megaman Legends 3 for the 3DS, and not bringing Ace Attorney Investigations for the DS over to America.

I'm sure Capcom had their reasons.

I'm sure Ubisoft has THEIR reasons.

There's never an excuse for constantly shoveling out shit.

Mega Man Legends 3 being cancelled has upset myself and others. We have been betrayed. On this thread our numbers may be few, but even the few of us are enough for it to have been worth it for Capcom to follow through and make MML3.

There is no acceptable reason for us to have been denied Mega Man Legends 3 because it is what we desired. A good company would have made it for us.

I'm sure they had their reasons.

But no reason is acceptable for betraying a fan.

Bioware gets my vote, they sold their souls to EA on a golden platter. I've never seen a developer fall so quickly.

I wonder why more people don't share this opinion. Everyone always blames big bad EA for ruining ME3, DA2, etc but BW seems to get a pass. EA didn't hold a gun to their heads and make BW sign on the dotted line. It's also not like BW was some tiny developer that needed EA's funding. They were doing just fine on their own. I, personally, blame Bioware a hell of a lot more than EA for the downward spiral. EA had the track record of doing the EXACT SAME THING to previous devs

Actually, I'm not a fan of the MML series but someone else in this thread was so it still counts I just think it sucks for people who ARE fans.

Shhhhhh! Well that's okay I guess, because all it takes is one person for it to be worth it for an allegedly righteous company like Capcom.

Which is also why they should bring RE5 to the Wii even though it's impossible.

In fact I'm a huge Sega Mega Drive fan so I want Crysis 2 ported to it. Crytek should get on that even though I'm the only person asking for it.

Fine. I'm being honest when I say I really don't pay attention to what goes on with the other systems. Capcom has been the best company of the generation to me, and I have never once heard of a bad Capcom game.

If you don't pay all that much attention to other consoles then that's fine. The problem people have is you deny these issues exist on the other consoles because it hasn't affected you personally.

When you go 'Capcom is a good company that only cares about the customer' and someone responds to it showing that they in fact ARE screwing customers over, you should be saying something like 'Hey that sucks, Capcom isn't pulling that on Nintendo consoles so why are they doing it on the others?' but instead we get 'Capcom hasn't done this on Nintendo, therefore it never happened'.

If you just came out and said 'yeah some of the things Capcom are doing are out of order but I like their games so I can overlook it' then that would be a different story as at least that would be honest. You just flat out deny they've done anything wrong because you don't want to believe it and it's really starting to get frustrating.

I read a Destructoid article where they said it was 'possible' but nothing was definite, so that means nothing. They flat out said no at one point.
