The Worst Video Game Character Ever

Ashley in Resident Evil 4. She was helpless and you should have been able to let her die. I never liked that game anyway so she was the icing on the whole cake. Of shit.

Hated her the second I hear her say "I'm Sheperds Second in Command" when I would sooner put into the airlock and ACCIDENTELY hit the open buttom, and the way she dresses...SPANDEX EVERYTHING

The nerdy guy from the first F.E.A.R game whose name I can't remember. Possibly Dennis something, he was more annoying than a knitting needle down the end of your cock, and nearly as painful to listen too.

Also, Emperor Hakan from Diablo 3. Didn't find Leah that annoying, but I would happily strangle that kid first time he uttered a word if the game would allow me.

Lastly, the family your protecting during Max Payne 3. I'm guessing they were supposed to be a bunch of unlikable, annoying twats, but Rockstar were too succesful. My guess would be after the first chapter Max would just go "Fuck this noise" and leave em to get turned into dog chow.

Brucie in GTA IV I don,t get it why people hate Roman more then Brucie he was really annoying mostly his accent and behavior he felt like a frat boy and is generally obnoxious.

Yosuke Hanamura from Persona 4. There is just so little about his character I find tolerable. He's whiny, he's hypocritical, he's rude, he's selfish, he's mildly homophobic.

He's just an asshole.

I found Ken to be way more annoying the Yosuke, was so happy when The Answer came out so I can happily unleash my hatred.
I know Ken is a kid but they tried to put adult attitudes into a kids personality and what came out was this annoying brat who never really helped with the storyline and always accumulated dust during the Tarturus areas. Yosuke took some time to get used to I will admit but compared to the whiny brat from Persona 3, I thought he was a regular high school student.

Okay fair enough, I suppose I could replace Ken for Junpei, All throughout the game he is ALWAYS trying to outclass the main character (I will stick with the PS2 game and not the psp game) He is always trying to be number 1 and when he is not the leader he throws a big ***** fit and acts like a douche bag, he even disregards orders during the second full moon while not a big problem could still have complicated the story if he did indeed get overrun. He is just completely immature and we never really see him get a job while Yosuke handles working at Junes. There are only a few good things about Junpei that I liked, he introduces the hermit social link and his romance later on in the game (I will not lie that was sort of shocking)

I hate Kratos. I hate him with such a passion, it hurts. This man is willing to destroy the entire world with a temper tantrum, which is generally what all the games are. Not to mention, everyone thinks he's SO BADASS!!! just because he goes off and kills everything that he sees, without even realizing he's being played, and because he somehow manages to fuck every girl he sees. Without a doubt, I think he's the worst character ever.

Natalya from Destroy all Humans 2, FUCK HER! Her escort missions were the worst part of an already mediocre game, she has a gun but she never bloody hits the target and also runs straight at the enemies instead of staying in cover. *****.

Ashley is one of the only good AI companions ever created. Why? Because that ***** did what she was told. You told her to hide in a dumpster and she hid in the goddamn dumpster and stayed out of your way until everything with a five mile radius of her was dead. She also had enough sense to duck when you were shooting at something behind her.

Anyway, I think my vote for worst game character is a tie between every single protagonist in the Killzone franchise, and every single protagonist from the Gears of War franchise (except for Baird). They're all a bunch of fucking assholes and I hate them. The only one of them who is even mildly entertaining is Baird, and that's just because he's a sarcastic prick and hates all the other characters just as much as I do.

Vault 101 because it wasn't until Trouble on the Homefront that I figured out I was supposed to care for characters I knew for a full 5 minutes. What made it worse was that to me my character would have been saying something like "Woo wasteland here I come!" when he left but dialogue made it sound otherwise.
