I've taken to only eating one meal a day with no snacks and doing at least an hours exercise per day, which probably isn't the most healthy thing in the world but I think it's working. Best of luck with your endeavours too, it is a ***** and requires a fair bit of willpower or motivation but if I can shift some poundage I have every confidence you can too.Geek@Heart said:Woo, well done! As for me, the thought of my shiny new laptop that we're buying this afternoon is pretty good... it's gonna have a decent webcam and built in mic so I can start making videos on the Tube. Also it won't run at the speed of Windows 3.1, like my current one..... even though it's an XP >.<
