Space Station 13 [http://ss13.donglabs.com/index.php?title=Main_Page]. I've been playing it recently, but the lag is just unbearable. It's one of those games that brings out the best and the worst in the Internet.

Wing Commander, most definitely. I agree with those who have said System Shock 2 (the first game that gave me that "holy crap" kind of moment that's so rare these days) and No One Lives Forever was awesome as well.
A re-release of Deus Ex with modern HD graphics would be pretty awesome.
Also, a re-release of the Jak and Daxter series (Jak X would not need to be included...). They could do it as one of the PS3 collections that have been coming out recently.
