It seemed innocent enough, but was the original poster trying to stir up Brony on Brony violence? Or was it just that the post was deemed "low content" even though it went on to spawn 3 pages of cartoon horse related discourse?
I need to know so that I can understand The Rules.
Quick read through the thread says it was probably that the thread author´s OP wasn't really conductive to a discussion. It is my guess at any rate, could be off the mark.

Or you could, you know, message a mod/admin directly and ask instead of hijacking another thread? Just a notion, crazy as it seems.
I am not so sure I would say that asking other users about forum rules and guidelines really constitutes thread hijacking. That would be a bit dysphemistic.
Thanks Hjal, I appreciate your support.
*looks up meaning of the word "dysphemistic"*
Waaaaaait a minute! I'm not skewing, hijacking, appropriating or bushwacking any thread or subject matter of any kind! I am concerned that there is a very real problem in that "Bronyism" (if the term doesn't exist then I've just created it. You may use it, it belongs to the ages now) could be a front for an extreemist movement with perjorative objectives that the Admins & Moderators, blessed as they are in the eyes of The Lord, are trying to protect us from.
Edit: Or they could just be a bunch of dudes who like a cartoon. Anything is possible.
Like how the BBC used to mute the dangerous words of Jerry Adams and dub his voice with an English spokesperson during the 90s, thus insulating us all from his extreemist ideology.
