She was just a woman doing something dumb for comedic effect. She could be one of those psychopaths who talks into their shoes.

A lot of the pictures people are calling "evidence" are really circumstantial.

What if she is the result of a time loop type thing? what if some women right now sees the video, invents a time machine, and then discovers that she is the women in that video? What if its a self validating hypothesis?

Not saying I believe any particular thing, but what if thats how time travel works?

Maybe she's just holding a purse or something to her face and avoiding the camera.
Perhaps she was shy of the new video contraption.
