ok, im dont neccacaraly "work out", i dont plan times to go to the gym or anything, in fact I hate the gym.
But I am extreamly strong, you wanna know why, I lift kayaks all the time, then i paddle them for hours on end, then i lift them again. I can carry a kayak single handedly, and trust me, they weigh like 75-90 pounds, may not be much for some of you creepy people out there, but for a 13 year old to lift those things, then carry them up to a mile (I had done it befor, i did have small breaks though) is pretty damn hard. Also at night when I cant sleep I usually watch TV, and I sit on my couch to do this. heres the thing, I sitt on my couch upside down doing crunches. Now theirs working out without getting bored for you.
Also its wicked funny to suprise people with my strength, like I said im only 13, and yet I'm stronger than alot of 17 year olds.
