The gameplay and presentation do seem an awful lot like Uncharted. And you know what? That's okay. After all, what other games really do play like Uncharted? I don't think it's all that bad for Tomb Raider to go in this direction.
However, unlike uncharted, it seems that Lara has more tactical options for combat. The bow looks fun to use. And I like the sound of enemies attempting to peel you out of cover frequently.
But, what I didn't like were the QTE's (seemed like there was too many of them), the AI was idiotic and therefore displayed almost no ability to get Lara out of cover. The 'survival' elements of the game seemed nonexistent in this video. Just a trod from point A to point B with a scripted "injured" state. Also, regenerating health in a "survival" game. pffffft.
Still though, it looks pretty good. Before I can't say I was interested in it, but now I'm actually considering getting it ...
