My vote probably goes to Sonic Robo Blast 2, at least it was for me. I spent well over 500 hours on that game. Good times.

Unreal Tournament (Pick your iteration, kids!)
Sins of a Solar Empire
Rome: Total War
Disciples 2 (Dear sweet christ Disciples 2, just think about it makes me want to... no! Bad!)
Baldur's Gate 2 + ToB (Snce I start this I cannot stop until it is over)
Spellforce games
Planescape: Torment (See BG2)
Black & White (Something about this really gripped me. There was always something to do)
Grandia 2 (Some DC love for y'all. My first JRPG, and one of my favourites)

The only game I've ever been addicted to, is Civilization 4, it is the only game where I started playing it, and then realized 10 hours had gone by, and I never noticed. It still never ceases to be fun.
