I still have the damn cartridges, but no console. Will never recover.
My treasure chest... It was over 4 years ago... My closet has an empty space yet to be filled...
OT: Every... single... Hot Wheels set and PC game that I owned... All I have left are the cars (and to a lesser extend the D batteries) I used alongside those sets... Granted, the Hot Wheels cars that I own still look hella tight as fuck, but damn did they look awesome speeding across the Hot Wheels tracks...
Luckily, I still have all my Lego sets and BeyBlade accessories...

Most of my childhood toys were lost or destroyed by me, not intentionally mind, I just wasn't very gentle with them. My parents have really held on to what remains, surprisingly.
I had a Minnie plushie that I think (not sure) I inherited or maybe they bought it for me, can't remember. Anywho, my kindergarden had a kind of "bring your favorite toy to school" day and I decided to bring Minnie. Another kid grabbed it and took it to their home without me realizing it until too late. Fortunately, my grandmother heroically retrieved it for me (all the while screaming to the parents of the kid because they "knew it wasn't theirs and still let them keep it" instead of giving it back to the school) And that's the whole story. Nowadays I don't know where that plushie is, though.
My dad murdered my Tamagotchi by (accidentally) knocking it into a bucket of water while he was mopping.
Obviously I was genuinely upset, but I actually think he was more mortified about it than I was. I quickly realised I could use it to guilt trip him, anyway...
I also had one of those "grow your own" dinosaurs that you submerge in water and it massively increases in size. It outgrew the jar I was using, so I decided to put it in the bath. Where my dad promptly stood on it (again while cleaning), inflicting catastrophic injuries to the neck.
Poor guy didn't really have a lot of luck with my stuff, though to be fair I did leave things in unlikely places.

My parents gave away my SNES after getting my sis and I the N64 as a birthday gift. The uncle they gave it to later sold it and we were traumatized by the notion that we couldn't play Donkey Kong Country anymore,

Oh right the post. Well... Remote control Rally car that somehow went messing when I was away for a weekend school trip but my mother thought it was "junk". A cool firetruck that had working lights, ladder, just about everything. It was left behind once a natural disaster stuck the island. Still miss that thing. The main thing I miss the most that also "went missing", were my Lego Bionicle. I built up a great collection of Toa Nuva and Bohrok-Kal (those things were cool) but nooooooooooo, somehow they just up and left without a god damn fu... okay I may still hold a bit of anger towards that.

YES! I'm fortunate enough to have managed to hold onto my massive collection of Bionicle stuff. Really was a big part of my childhood. I started out with the Bohrok. I've tried to keep most of them intact, unlike every other set I bought, which was often dismantled within a month or two of purchase (sometimes less) and turned into something new. I had a Sega Genesis as a child, it was my first introduction to the fabulous world of gaming. I had Sonic, Sonic 3 & Knuckles (The separate game and the dock/game sequel), Jurassic Park, Bubsy, Bubsy II. I probably had more, but I can't remember them. I turned 10, and we had a cousin that was rather young at the time, so my mom decided to give my Sega away since I had a Playstation. Never told me, and I was upset when I found out since it was my first console. Later on, I heard that my cousin's grandfather gave it away, and he never had a chance to play it himself. My mom told me that if she knew that would happen, she wouldn't have given it up, and even now she says that she regrets doing that. I forgave her though, especially because my dad did a lot worse in terms of simply breaking things I owned. :T However, I don't really remember them so much since I just lumped them all together into a general "And this is why I hate my dad" statement. XD
