Some people have said that it is CJ in the Bill Cosby sweater in the trailer, I'll agree for now since you never really get a good look at the npc's face.

I dunno, man. CJ in a Cosby sweater? Even now I couldn't see that happening. Why the hell would he be walking randomly around Los Santos? He's a millionaire, with ties to the casinos and the Mountain Cloud Boys, Madd Dog's manager and a successful garage business in San Fierro.

Man, I really hope there's some nod to Woozie, too! And Cesar.
that ain't CJ! 1:07 That's CJ!

I know. I screwed the qoute up.

Loool, the Jet Ski says,"Speedophile"

I don't want this to feel like IV, I hope it goes back to a SA feel.

Sweet, it looks like the countrysides from San Andreas are back!

Just pleeeeease get rid of the cell phone, or at least don't have NPC's call us up every five seconds to go bowling. Please?

Of course, we can cancel any ideas about it being a continuation of CJ's story, because that ain't CJ's voice.. that voice doesn't even sound close to a former gang banger's voice. It sounds more "East coast".. like Bronx or Boston.

To people thinking that the game will be only set in Los Santos. Remember the first San Andreas trailer? It only showed Los Santos, the following two trailers revealed the other two cities. So the writer of this article and a lot of other people shouldn't be so quick to judge. We need to know more actual information about the game, then we can start whining.

Hopefully they put all the extra stuff San Andreas had back in. Not just the main plot and nothing else to do like GTA4.

OH COME ON!

San Andreas was fun, but it's rehashing the stuff they did in the last 10 years only with smaller maps because the graphics engine is too heavy to handle large areas anymore.

I wanted to see:
-70's chicago
-60's london
-Modern Paris
-80's Denver (Remember all those lame movies involving RAD, BODACIOUS skiing skills?)
-Focusing on San Fransico or Vegas.
-Maaaybe parts of the UK during the height the troubles with Northern Ireland? Dunno

Can do without:
-New york again
-LA (look, it was fun, but something new is better)

There's so much potential, I just don't want to see the same game with a new expensive and bloated graphics engine that forces the map to be smaller and cause terrible performance.

There has been rumors that the game will have multiple characters, so we can't really cancel it out. Also, the voice to me sounded a bit like Ray Liotta, the guy who voiced Tommy. It would be pretty cool to play as tommy again, seeing whats happened to him since Vice City.

That's what I'm thinking. I'm thinking Tommy or maybe a new character leaving maybe the Boston crime scene, like Ben Affleck in that movie "the Town"

I'm sure it'll be great and all, but I'll miss Liberty City. Los Santos looks a bit ugly to be honest :C

I hope to god you get to be Tommy Vercetti again. If you run into CJ that would doubly awesome. I remember hearing about rumors that GTAV would have multiple protagonists, perhaps you get to jump back in the shoes of both CJ and Vercetti? It sounds awesome but I hope it is handled better than LA Noire and Red Dead Redemption did it by making you play someone else in the last chapters without any indication before hand.

I'm not upset that we're only going to be in Los Santos this time around, because last I checked, LA is a freaking MASSIVE city. And while I did like the realism of GTA IV, and this game looks absolutely gorgeous, I do hope we can have some of the wackiness of previous games. There's no reason we can't have both.

Rockstar and Take Two haven't announced a release date for GTA V, but my money is on holiday 2012.
When's holiday 2012?

On a side note, I'd love to see a future GTA set in Asia or Europe

I shat 10,000 bricks.

I knew deep down it would be San Andreas, it seemed the obvious move. And I think it's also safe to assume that this game will be absolutely amazing.

The older looking guy overlooking the skyline will likely be one of the BAD guys. Notice the heavy use of foreclosure, homelessness, and going out of business signs? At the same time you see luxury apartments popping up and other construction.

I think the themes of V will be pretty awesome. We also shouldn't speculate too much. The game is at least a year away? A lot of changes can happen.
