What would be cool is if Hollywood made a movie with him about the actual Vlad The Impaler (not Dracula) who is a national hero in Romania because he ended a war by basically scaring the crap out of the enemy.
The Romanians are actually quite offended by the portrayal of Vlad in popular culture since Bram Stoker.

I seriously doubt the validity of this claim. They provide no reasons as to why, how or even where this evidence is. As far as I know Tepes died before farthering offspring and I don't think he had any living siblings. As far as I'm aware his liniage died with him.

If ancestry.com actually back some of it up with a proper explanation and evidence I'l shut up. But I doubt it.

His first marriage with Elizabetta gave atleast one child, and his second gave two sons.

But this is ofc useless trivia I can't make up my mind about this guy really. He hates twillight, makes a shitload of money and stuff but his still a twinkle boy for crying out loud!!

Aye but seeing as all the human race shares two common ancestors- this is true whether you believe in the biblical or scientific versions of creation- then technically everyone is related.
Also, because you double your ancestors for each generation... eg, you have 2 parents, 4 grandparents, 8 grandparents and so on once you get back to the 14th century you have literally thousands of people that you can claim to be a direct descendant of. So that chances of you being a 'direct' descendant of vlad are pretty high. Thats if he had children. I dont know.
But either way, this suddenly becomes kind of unremarkable.

by doing enough research you will eventually find what you want, we are all technically related, although it is a very complicated tree, therefore i am related to Alexander the Conquerer, William Wallice, Elvis prestly, etc. if i follow the line on the tree for long enough, and so are you. If it is not a direct link then you can't use it. Also probabally and likely... well i could probabally be the son of Zeus because i like thunderstorms.
