And now you'll feel embarrassed, because you've spelled all of them wrong. It's "Edge".cardinalwiggles said:EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE EGDE

Enjoyment? No.Andy Chalk said:and while I certainly won't mourn the end of his trademark trolling, I can't honestly find enjoyment in seeing a man so thoroughly and publicly humiliated and destroyed.
Oh my god, this made me laugh harder than the article itself. Typos combined with copy and paste... I guess that's what happens you hit "post" in such a hurry.IamQ said:And now you'll feel embarrassed, because you've spelled all of them wrong. You're so evil. Laughing at aRedEyesBlackGamer said:I can. He brought this on himself. He repeatedly lied while under oath and forged evidence on top of all of the shenanigans that landed him in court in the first place. This may sound mean-spirited, but I find this hilarious. So you should be!That said:Look like this guy was beyond the Edge of reason.
[small][small] I'm so sorry [/small][/small]
Really? I sure as hell can. Langdell is nothing more than scum. He's a parasite trying to leech off other, far more talented people because he's incapable of producing anything of value himself. Call me mean-spirited, but he got nothing more than what he richly deserved, as far as I'm concerned.Andy Chalk said:I'm not a lawyer but I can't see where there's anything left for Langdell to salvage, and while I certainly won't mourn the end of his trademark trolling, I can't honestly find enjoyment in seeing a man so thoroughly and publicly humiliated and destroyed.
He actually got shut down in the states last year, the article has more details. This is just the british putting the boot in because, unfortunately, he's from our quaint little island.Nicolaus99 said:Over in the UK Courts probably; bet the s.o.b. keeps right on trolling here stateside. Really, the guy deserves a spot underwater next to Hoffa.
This part made me laugh so hard, xD hehehehehe i'm still giggling xDAndy Chalk said:U.K. Judge Crushes Tim Langdell
But when Future's own expert looked at it, he noted that while the disk was old, the 1991 content on it had actually been created by Windows 95 - which, as you might recall, was released in 1995, four years after 1991

...over the edge!
Maybe you're a nicer person than I am; I can hardly think of someone more deserving of exactly this kind of brick-by-brick, line-by-line exposure of exactly what kind of rotten son-of-a-***** they are. If Langdell had only scammed big guys like EA and Future, maybe one could imagine that the clever upstart had managed to put one over on the monoliths armed with nothing but wit and moxie (mind you, I'm not saying I buy that narrative a single bit). But he happily pulled his "trademark infringement" nonsense on little guys like Mobigame, sometimes multiple times. He ripped bread out of the mouths of people who were just trying to get off the ground, while not even doing the incredibly minuscule amount of work necessary to give his legal claims grounds to sit on (like, I don't know, starting work on a single game of his own?)Andy Chalk said:There are other details, other legal points, other moments in which Langdell was caught with his pants down, but it becomes a bit of a pile-on after awhile and to be honest I started to feel just a little but bad for the guy. Not because he didn't bring this hammer down upon himself - he did - but because every imaginable aspect of his business and, to a large degree, his life was so thoroughly and mercilessly dismantled in the courtroom. I'm not a lawyer but I can't see where there's anything left for Langdell to salvage, and while I certainly won't mourn the end of his trademark trolling, I can't honestly find enjoyment in seeing a man so thoroughly and publicly humiliated and destroyed.
