While i hate to rain on everybodys hate parade id like to point out (as a Connecticut person myself) that Lieberman has been insane for years and this will be one of those things congress nods at sadly to make him happy then puts through a stove

That's precisely what the Egyptian government has done with the revolution occurring over there. Their government realized that the movement was gaining most of it's publicity from youtube/twitter/facebook/ etc. So the Egyptian government turn off their internet.

This would be a great idea if our government was 100% trustworthy (its not). As demonstrated in the recent middle eastern revolutions, when the s*** hits the fan on a national scale the internet is your only hope.
