That is incorrect, but I honestly will not shed a single tear if Ubisoft jumps ship altogether. Piracy is an excuse, one that naive, greedy companies like to hide behind as justification to treat the PC market as shitty as they possibly can. Ubisoft's "Always-on DRM" is one of the worst DRM solutions to ever exist, and the outrage against it has caused many PC gamers (myself included) to swear off Ubisoft products entirely. Ubisoft looks down and/or insults PC gamers at every possible turn, and the last two days are evidence of this.MianusIzBleeding said:Piracy as well as PC gamers bitching about Ubisofts apparently disgusting protection of its games has just lost the PC a developer
Give yourselves a hearty pat on the back
The PC didn't lose a developer because of piracy. The PC lost a developer because said developer treats their legal, paying customers like absolute scum, AS WELL as assuming every single one of them is a thief, hell-bent on breaking the law.
