This seemed like more of a rant on rude people that happened to be Oriental then them actually being Oriental. She does have a point about cell phones and libraries and how you're supposed to keep it down because it's a library.
... No it didn't.
"The problem is these hordes of Asian people at UCLA"
"
All the Asian people in all the apartments around me"
"You will always see old Asian people running around this complex, they don't teach their kids to fend for themselves, or their manners."
Its aimed squarely at Asians xD You describe it as if they're mentioned briefly. I wouldn't say she's full on racist exactly, just an ignorant moron.
Clearly you are ignorant to the fact that in the L.A. area people of ethnic background tend to cluster. And Westwood has a significant Asian population. I've know a few Orientals in my time, and overbearing parents are something they often complain about.

Out of all the semi-racist videos on the internet, why is this one being singled out.
Because she's white.
Seriously, did one of the black kids at school steal your lunch money once?
Talk about having a chip on your shoulder. And I think he means in comparison to all the other semi-racist videos (the majority of which will probably be from whites anyway), so I don't think she's being singled out because she's white.
Funny, the black kids were usually much nicer to me than the whites. Or more accurately, we shared a disgust for stuck-up preppy trash. But during my schooling I've had altercations with just about every kind of punk you could imagine. White, Black, Latino, Asian... But honestly that really isn't the point.
This girl was stupid to post this kind of rant on youtube. Not because I think it's particularly hateful, sounds more like irritation to me. But the predictable outcry of perceived racism is probably going to haunt her for a while. People on the intrawebz, especially youtube, tend towards being stupidly reactionary. So I choose to take everything like this with a grain of salt.
