Well Alyx and Jade have already been mentioned, so that's already 2 of my 3 cents' worth, but let me just add that I found Alyx got attached to the player (or Gordon if you prefer) way too easily. It was like a neon sign saying "Love Interest".
Jade doesn't get caught up in any of that, especially since her best friend's a pig. She gets emotional at times, but like any sensible person she waits until she can afford to. Before then there's still evidence to be taken and arses to be kicked.

The likes of Alyx Vance or Aeris Gainsborough are in the same camp as Katie McReary in that they are most certainly intended to be the anti-thesis of 'Babes'...maybe even more so than, say, Gordon Freeman himself. Including them on such a list is as inappropriate as having Lester the Unlikely on a list of Video Game Hunks alongside the likes of Cloud Strife, Chris Redfield, or Ken Masters.
