Those two characters are so hyper-sexualized they could have just stepped out from the pages of a cheap porn book. That's hardly what I'd called 'Unexpected hot'.

One: Twi-leks are aliens. Could be they age faster than we do, and thus it is ok at an earlier age.

Two: Mission was just being bold, all kids that age think they are "grown up".

Three: Actually, that is written in the Star Wars' galaxy's law. 14 is legal age of consent in the Galactic Republic.

She may be a blue alien with tentacles in a galactic republic, but she's still a kid.

Anyway, I would have to say Tali from Mass Effect.

Even though you weren't intended to have intimate relations with her (seeing as she isn't avalible as a 'romance partner') myself and many other people found her more likable and pleasent to be around than most of the other NPC's (of course I'm applying this to the female characters only, Garrus and Wrex are undeniably great).

Agreed. Although Garrus and Wrex were great, it was in a "you'll never meet anyone this awesome" kind of way. Tali was somehow way more relateable, and ended up tied as my favorite character (along with Nihlus) because of it.

I'm surprized no one has said Samus Auran yet she runs around in full armor till you beat the games and removes armor depending on how well you've done.
