Dead Space: flamethrower, cant use it in deoxygenated areas and you should only use it to make the game more difficult.
Wait, what? They killed most enemies in one or two shots, and were pretty much necessary to beat at least two of the levels. Sure, they weren't as good as other FPS guns, but they were still incredibly useful during the game (hence why you only got a single magazine). Heck, in Condemned 2 you even got to reload (unlike the first game) if you found another gun or an ammo locker, further increasing their usefulness.mazzjammin22 said:The guns in Condemned 2 were worthless. You could only carry one magazine, and they didn't really work all that well.
You should go watch Spoiler Warning with Shamus Young... Josh (the guy actually playing) uses the shotgun to devastating effect along with the Vanguard charge.Vault boy Eddie said:The shotguns in Mass Effect 2.
I guess it depends on the class, as a soldier I found no use for them.psivamp said:You should go watch Spoiler Warning with Shamus Young... Josh (the guy actually playing) uses the shotgun to devastating effect along with the Vanguard charge.Vault boy Eddie said:The shotguns in Mass Effect 2.
I've heard about the console version having that achievement, and finishing the game with only the Plasma Cutter isn't much of a stretch of the imagination. Granted, the Line Gun does make it a lot easier to deal with narrow-profile enemies, but with a bit of practice, I can imagine being able to regularly take them out with the Plasma Cutter.psivamp said:I really liked the achievement to just use the Plasma Cutter, because I would probably not have realized that it is the most versatile weapon in the game.Roxor said:Everything other than the Plasma Cutter and Line Gun in Dead Space.
