Unusual phobias?

it may only be paranoia but I freak when people stand right behind me I fell like spinning around and pushing them down, but I usually just make it obvious to them that i know they are there.

I can't get over the idea that others know what I'm thinking at any given time.

Honestly, I watch my THOUGHTS.

i occasionally feel the same way i even think of the scariest things just to see if any one around me freaks. and yes i know that could also be paranoia.
