While drunk (or whatever), I recommend Silent Hill 3.

Pretty nifty visuals and mindfucks galore.

Preferably, play it alone in the house with very little lighting. It will destroy you and it will be glorious.

Online FPS's after a night at the bars is the second best way to wind down the night. TF2 being a personal fave.
Also when I used to raid in WoW...spamming the mic while Onyxia wiped the group for the 8th time probably wasn't a good idea but damnit, I was the Morale Officer!

I played once while drunk. My team mates were very pissed at me when I spent a whole game trying to kill a forklift. Apparently(as they told me the next day), I thought it was going to attack us when we turned our backs. I was unloading extended mags MG4 into it, then using one man army to reload and do it again.

OT: Any rhythm game. Guitar Hero or Rock Band or something. Good times.

o o and Painkiller - once while mildly intoxicated I played it using my favourite weapon the stake gun and a dude jumped on me I shot him and staked him to the ceiling by his leg and he just hung there twitching like crazy, I laughed my ass off, forgot to play of course and then his million billion buddys came and turned me into pate. I lost 20 minutes of progress but it was hilarious as hell.

Timesplitters 2 for PS2 or Gamecube or whatever last-gen console... for that matter the bond games or twisted metal, so fucking fun, i guess the game is every time you die, or if you wanna get drunk faster anytime you get damage you take a shot/drink.

EDIT: also Mario Kart DUI is fun as hell (Mario Kart 64)

1)If you stop running at any moment SHOT

I played some ufc game while drunk, but I mostly just dicked around with the character creation thing for like an hour.

Though I recommend playing any game high. If your not to object to pot.

Horror games! A friend of mine and I dusted off our PS2's and Gamecube's to play The Suffering and Eternal Drakness and stuff, while drunk of course. Poo came out...

Saints Row 2 with cheat codes. Trust me, I was the only guy sober that night and it was still awesome. Yes, it takes some preperation getting the codes, but trust me, it's much more fun firing an RPG out of a monster truck or shooting an Uzi off a helicopter than it is shooting a pistol out of a regular car.
