i would stick to games you can button mash to play. drunk driving might be hard. drunk fps might be hard.

I drunk play MW2 all the time. It definitely degrades my performance, but it's fun.
My first suggestion before fully reading the OP was Assassin's Creed because it requires so little coordination.
