I still mourn the loss of Tali.TheDrunkNinja said:Well, I guess it makes sense that the last decision would have the highest stakes. Choose wrong and there's no mercy. It just sucks that it has to revolve around the survival of my two favorite characters. D:
But as I said in a previous post, I'll keep it like this. I like the idea of having to live with the consequences instead of redoing it to get the result I want.
I'm perfectionist too and did everything. This didn't prevent Tali from dying because there are some rules at the end which are hard to infer without reading guides or FAQs. I chose the especialists well, did everything right (as far as I could tell) and she still died.Drago-Morph said:I went in having no idea that you could lose anyone at all. I beat it with everyone (including the ship crew that was abducted) surviving. I didn't find out until I went online to have discussions of the game without worry of spoilers that you can have everyone die.
I'm just glad I have such a perfectionist attitude. I do everything in a game, even if there's no foreseeable goal. I just can't stand to leave something not done, so I ended up upgrading the ship with no reason to.
But if you're careful you'll lose at most one team member, most probably Mordin or Tali, even without reading any guides. Or you may luck out and have everyone live.
