All I've been playing recently is Saints Row the Third.

So, basically the entire game
Clearing out the penthouse with "Power" playing in the background?

Awww yeah.
I second that as well.
Yes, that was brilliant. Can't think of anything else now, just keep going back to there

That moment I fast traveled to that cmp outside of Skyhaven temple, to find an army of Forsworn waitning for me, even tough I had killed them not too long ago, then a dagon dropped in, giving me awesome music and an army of Forsworn and a dragon to kill.
That happened when I first went there for the quest. And it was my first Blood Dragon.

Assassin's Creed...all of it. You are essentially the Batman of whatever time period you're currently in...except you get to kill people. Nothing quite like the feeling of being surrounded by countless guards...and Hidden Blade counter-killing every last one, without fail...and then the feeling of joy as you hunt down any runners as you gleefully stab them in the face! ^.^

I feel AC brings out the well-intentioned psychopath in us all.

Also, playing Singed in League of Legends, that is all. *flees from entire enemy team with 100 HP after successfully backdooring a turret, causing another one to go to my team*

I picked up DoD:S after my clan disbanded due to it's release. I picked up the KAR98 and realized, "Shit son, I still have it."... Until I tried to melee with the rifle, that doesn't work too well because alt-fire is iron sight now. That's fucking weird. And my Carbine is gone now, which also sort-of-blows. You could say the bazooka guy has it, but then your stuck with the fucking bazooka.

Also killed this asshole [http://media.spiralknights.com/wiki-images/d/d4/Lord_Vanaduke.png] in another game. See that little knight down there? That fella's for scale, I'm roughly the same size.

I'll take some recent examples:

The intro mission of Saints Row: The Third. Especially with a co-op partner.

The fight with Ra's Al Ghul in Batman: Arkham City. That was sooooo awesome. Countering 20 sandmen when they jump att you. Hitting a sand man and then catch a glimpse of reality. Such a well made boss fight.

Retrieving the intelligence by myself, as an engineer in TF2.

That, and jumping out of a crashing helicopter, parachuting down to the top of an enemy tank, planting C4 on said tank, and escaping with a jeep from the enemy base in BF3.

-The All 4 Dead achievement in L4D1.

-Dominating 8 people in one life in TF2.

-Tanking the Harvester in Dragon Age Origins on Nightmare difficulty.

-Getting abducted by aliens in Fallout 3, and fighting my way out wielding Eugene firing 10,000 bullets.

In particular:
One time, I was playing Quake Wars: Enemy Territory, and I started driving the little "husky" vehicle or whatever it was called. I drove that thing at like 90 mph straight into an enemy stronghold. However, you're not allowed to enter enemy strongholds. I jumped off at the last minute, the husky kept going, went throught the barrier and exploding, taking a few strogg with it. It was amazing.
In general:
Those FPS games that have no cover mechanics and no objectives other than "Everybody dies". There isn't much more satisfying than knowing you just mercilessly slaughtered 60 demons/aliens/etc. without taking a point of damage.

Gettinga roadkill with the MAV in BF3, specifically because I feel it must be humiliating to the other player, they were killed by a radio controlled helicopter!

Anytime I use the typhoon in Deus Ex

Monster Hunter 2, in the Training Arena with a Gunlance against a Tigrex (which is probably the most vicious enemy in the game). Low health, no healing potions left, less than two minutes on the clock. The Tigrex isn't showing signs of low health, either. Seeing it turn around in preparation to charge, I steel myself and charge as well. We meet halfway in the arena, me fully expecting to be killed by the monster. Instead, the lance goes straight into its head and kills it, completing the assignment. Best feeling ever.

Also, in the same game, completing the mission 'Four Horns' (kill a Diablos and Black Diablos in 50 minutes) with less than 30 seconds remaining. Good times were had.
NICE! I have suicide charged like that, but the best thing to happen has been a flinch from the wyvern. Most epic thing to happen with me is putting in headphones on my PSP with the sound all the way up and doing the los and ian arena challange with a friend. We had to drown out the sound of another friend who is not shy at all getting busy with his girlfriend, so no communication we go into the fight fully expecting to lose, and then laughing our asses off as we keep looking at each other frantically while barely dodging attacks and scraping out a win. Apparently we made it hard for the 3rd guy to perform...

Taking out a large bunch of guys in Batman: Arkham Asylum (not tried City yet) always makes me feel fussy on the inside. You have too admit, it sure looks great if you manage it perfectly!

Killing a big daddy, of course.
God Big Daddies can be a pain, though if you've got Electric Shells they can be easier. First time is definitely an "Oh Shit!" moment. Though once you get a Crossbow and some Trap Bolts things get easier. At least against Elite Bubbles.

For me it's the simple things, like getting Ghost points in Deus Ex: HR in a mission that doesn't require it. That and getting the Reflex Booster and dropping two guys without a third even noticing.

Oh, and taking out Lagiacrus or any of the other big monsters for the first time in Tri. That's first time ever, never played a MonHun game before Tri, thank god for Lances though.

In Assassin's Creed 2, once you get the dual hidden blades, walking up to a 4 man patrol and killing all of them before they realize what's going on and without raising my notoriety level.

Aaaaaw yeah.

Samurai Warriors 2 for PS2.
Riding my super bad-ass horse through a dense mob of enemy troops, hearing their bodies thud against the unyielding hooves of my steed and watching as they fly comically through the air and splatter into the mud, never to rise again.

Awwwww yeah.. Feeling like Sauron with that huge mofo mace...

in BF3 multiplayer- Running out of the defending bank on rush pass their apc being repaired by enginers, doging bullets, then flanking around the opposing building to plant c4 on their apc, which they had been cheaply repaing and keeping it alive the whole match, and taking it and its full capicity out.
