I still want to see the whole pilot, I'l enjoy it immensly though not in the intended sense!
Indeed, this is very near "The Room" levels of unintended hilarity.

Indeed. Poor Chris, all he ever wanted to do growing up was making sure gates were locked and secured properly.

Looked terrible in a 'must watch it' car crash TV style.
At least he died doing what he loved. :<

You remind me of one of my favorite quotes of all time. An Irish writer named Brenden Behan once said "Critics are like eunuchs in a harem. They know how it's done, they've seen it done every day, but they're unable to do it themselves."

I make a point not to criticize unless I'm certain that I can do better. Seeing as I'm not a woman, or a 'roid monkey, I withhold my criticism of this.
I hate it when people say "I can't critic it because I can't do better", sure I don't have any resources to make it better, but that doesn't rob me of the right to say I thought it was bad, and not only was it bad, but the writers were going to make Wonder Woman basically Paris Hilton, so yeah it deserves criticism.

Criticism is a necessary element of the world of reviews, if no body ever got criticised, people would just make shit all the time because no body would be there say "Um actually this is terrible", and it's not like professional critics just say "this is awful" they do give explanation for their points, or at least they should. This is only an article to present the clip, not a review, so it doesn't really need to be that in depth.
No, you misunderstand me. I'm not 'not-criticizing' because I can't do better. I criticize plenty because I'm confident that I can do better. I just know that criticizing a 36 second clip of a show that's already been cancelled won't help anything to improve, so I'm not going to bother.

Plus, is it just me, or does that outfit look horribly out of place on a crime-fighter in real life?
It's not just you. At least the other superhero movies had their characters in suit that at least looked funcional and plausible (as well as awesome!)

This Wonderwoman just looks like a nerdy stripper rather rather than a super-powered being.

Okay, admittedly I don't watch t.v., but how on earth can anyone be soooo critical of something after only seeing 36 seconds of it!!

Also, why o why are you criticizing something that has already been cancelled?? It's dead Jim. Well done. Now please move on to destroying the next maybe not perfect project so that you can all call yourselves critics and spare us from what? Bad stuff getting on t.v.??

Which, by the way, if that's your job? You suck at it far worse than that poor actress sucks at being Wonder Woman.

Now I know a lot of you "critics" probably want to flame me now, but just think! Somewhere out there someone is trying to start a project and has little money but has worked really hard on it and they're just waiting for you to come crush their work! Decisions....

Wow that's a really great quote! I'll remember that since it basically sums up how I feel about critics too. With such a deeper understaning of media than the rest of us though it does kinda' make me wonder why they can't do it themselves. I think they just don't want to tempt fate and put themselves on the recieving end of their own crap.

Didn't really seem that bad to me. I kind of like it actually. I might have watched it if it had a good story going for it.

Am I the only one that sees the making of a porno movie in that short clip?

Big Muscular men + hot chick in skimpy clothes.

It'd be one hell of a gang-bang.

Ya her outfit really does not mesh with everything around her. And I don't think this is just becuase it's a fairly straight forward superhero outfit, we've seen both Spiderman and Batman work in a modern setting. I think the reason this particular outfit doesn't work is a combination of the material and lighting. The material the outfit is made of looks cheap, like any off the rack costume, this is because of just how shiny it looks and how it has no texture to it, likes it's just cheap latex or something. That isn't helped by the lighting, which attempts to mute the scenery colors, so the brightly colored star spangled swim suit stands out like a neon light. And because the suits so shiny, it also reflects light and stands out against the dull textures. If they wanted to make her fit into the scene more, they should have gone with something less shiny for costume material, and added more color to the set design. This looks like they ran to CVS, grabbed a Wonder Woman Costume, and shot it in some random warehouse without preparing anything.

Yeah, that was really terrible. And yes her outfit looks out of place. But I must admit, it sure wouldn't look out of place in my bedroom, if you know what I mean. *wink wink nudge nudge*
Ye I think all the guys who saw that clip are thinking the same thing hehe :)

Yeah, I love it. As an actor, it helps me keep my chin up. As for critics doing what they criticize, I believe it's a little more complex than that, I think. I've been acting my whole life, and I just graduated from a top-tier acting school here in NYC, and it's a whole 'nother animal from what most people think it is. It's also something that's fairly easy to criticize because bad acting/directing/writing can be spotted by a lot of people a mile away (I was going to say 'most people', then I remembered the Transformers movies immense popularity).

Think of it like this: Say you're watching a football game (American football, to be clear) and the QB throws to a receiver in triple coverage when there was a vastly more open window that you saw somewhere else. You know what would have been better, but you're also fairly confident that you couldn't have done it yourself. Not the best example, but it's somewhat similar.

Like the other gentleman up there, elvor0, mentioned; no medium will ever improve without criticism. It doesn't necessarily have to be used for evil. WE CAN STILL SEE THE GOOD IN THEM!!

Ithought this was meant to be high budget stuff not struggling indie filmakers.
Warner Brothers is huge yes, but the people employed for projects like this aren't. For example Joss Whedon didn't work for the WB. A lot of people employed for projects like these are employed just for the project.

It's like every action cliche got together and had a deformed child they named Cash-In. All we needed was a glib one liner and that's the entire action cliche family in one scene.

They need to make a movie about Three Toe Sloth man, a man who works in a zoo is bitten by a radioactive sloth and turns into Three Toe Sloth man! Now in the night he crawls into action slower then a snail and more obvious then captain obvious.

They need to hire the ones making this show! Though they need to be slower this is way to quick action.

This is not yet The Room quality of hilariously wrong acting. This is not unearthly see, the room was written by an alien. This is still human and obviously nobody believed during the production it had anything to gain for. At least with the room the head alien believed and still beliefs it is good.

The WW show looks to be on the exact opposite of the quality scale.
