The slashes klanked against Arakune's crystaline skin. They rarely peirced, but they still hurt. Taking a chance, the blob liquidised, rolled away from his assailant, and altered his composition, becoming invisible. Now he would have to wait.

Varger's arm snapped to where his eye-piece detected the giggle and let off some shots, the now distinct double snap of the firing the Shard pistol and the kick that it produced felt familiar to Varger. His eye-piece had the means to track the target now and he grinned as he kept shooting.
OOC: Rosh its just....Imperial Guard are one of my favourite things about 40k...a Stormtrooper goes through immense training and be equipped with the best gear (For guardsmen anyways) Just in my opinion Imperial Guard>Mechs any day.

The man started to attack the space where Arakune was. Or rather, where he had been. In the split second it had taken the man to turn and fire, the blob had sunk into the ground and popped back up behind him, and was now about the fire a curse cloud into his back.
