Ton Ton gave a nod of agreement with the blue-man. "I understand. I have been attacked many times in my life as well. However, I don't have any Potions. Sorry."

As the dog approached, the Tonberry examined the creature. It looked much smarter than others of it's species.

"Perhaps he is kin to Cerberus or Ifrit?"

Placing the lantern down, the Tonberry reached out to pet the dog.

"Uh, hi Tao. Could you tell me where I am? I was walking through the forest and just sorta came to this house."

She shot a nervous glance at the tall creature that had frightened her just moments before

"And what's your name?" she asked, hoping it could speak

OoC @Blue: Depends on the game. It's like Moogles. Some talk, some just say 'kupo!'. Tonberries appreantly talk in Type-0 too.

"I don't... I just woke up the the woods not far from here, and can't remember anything that happened before that." 'Moogle' said to the green creature. Why did it look so familiar? she wondered. "Who are you? ...And what are you?"

 

[Furioso]

Koromaru barked happily at the mention of Cerberus, and wagged his tail. He allowed the Tonberry to pet him

Roland rose, aimed and fired in one swift motion. The bullet hit home, and the bison succumbed to the headshot, its legs buckling. All around it, its still living kin moved and scattered. Roland ejected the empty cartridge, and holstered the gun.

With his hands on his hips, he considered how he would go about getting the carcass back to the mansion.

Twilight stared at the creature that had just leaped at the "Nova lady". She then looked around inside the entrance hall of the mansion.

"Where in Celestia's name am I?" she thought out loud

Tao Grins. "Squidgy!" She said, then got off Nova and extended a paw. "Sorry Nova lady, Tao didn't mean to knock you over, Meow!" She said, then looked at Twilight. "I'm afraid Tao doesn't know either, I was napping, then my Tail got all wet and then Tao got REEEAALLYY hungry. so I came here, meow!" she said to Twilight, with a :3 face.

OOC @Nailik I sort of picked and chose from continuities. He has the standard Chef's Knife and Everybody's Grudge abilities (damage = number of enemies a character has killed), but both have been tweaked so that they're not OP. For example, Chef's Knife is just a standard stab attack, Everybody's Grudge has no multipliers attached to it, and Ton Ton has to focus to use it.

Ton Ton was a little overwhelmed by all of the attention he was getting, and spoke again, "I am a Tonberry, but please, call me Ton Ton. I am like you, I was wandering about, and I ended up here eventually; so I'm just as lost as you are."

"Do you know where we are?"

@Hatch: it was bound to happen considering that Nova is Noel Vermillion's Personality up to 11... While Aurora-1 is slightly Lambda-11... But like Winter, Nova also has a 'darkside' which would be.... Mu-12 up to 11.

When Tao said 'squidgy', Nova's face became even more brighter. But she accepted Tao's help and got back up. Turning to the pony creature she said.

"I don't know either..." she said in her usual quiet shy tone.

Vergil thought. "I doubt this was a coincidence. Perhaps we were summoned here."

Roland, having jogged back to the mansion for some of his belongings, returned to the site of his kill with a horse blanket and a length of rope. Rolling the bison onto the blanket, he tied the rope around its belly, and held onto one end. Stripped to the waist in the chill air (exposing a muscular torso crisscrossed with scars) he began the lengthy process of dragging the huge carcass back to the mansion.

Twilight sighed. "Ok, well... do you know if there is anyone else here?"

She had noticed the strange armored creature had disappeared.

Tao looked at Nova, seeing that her face had turn bright red. "what's up Nova lady, your face when all red, Meow!" She said to her. "do have a fever meow?" she said with her kitty face.

[sub]"Tonberry..."[/sub] 'Moogle' said under her breath as she looked down. She was almost certain that she had heard that name before. Looking back up at Ton Ton she then said, "Hello, Ton Ton. I can't remember my name, so I call myself Moogle."
She then looked at the man in the blue coat. "Maybe... Who are you?"

When he got the carcass into the courtyard of the mansion, he pulled on his shirt and coat, and set about gathering loose branches from the nearby woods. With this, and rope, he constructed a crude tanning rack and then set about efficiently skinning and gutting the bison carcass, getting bloody up to his bare elbows..
