I've put a few hours into it over the weekend. Really enjoying it so far. The gameplay itself is a mix of stealth and puzzle solving, with great characterization between the two main characters. I don't want to give too much away plot-wise, but it's certainly one of the most enjoyable games I've played so far this year - and I say this as someone who isn't a great fan of stealth-based games. The only slight complaint I had was when I was introduced to the game's crafting system, but only because I roll my eyes whenever *any* game these days introduces me to a crafting system. From what I've seen, TW:3K is gearing up to be one of the shittest TW titles in recent memories... and this is the company that shat out Thrones of Britannia last. Now, I'm a TW fan, got a shit-ton of hours in Rome, Med2, Napoleon etc. and am upset I can't play WH2 for shit hardware reasons, but 3K is looking like a bad Shogun II in China with only one saving grace (a 240 man max unit size). Based on what I've seen, yeah, the crafting is probably the only thing that can be justifiably criticised, IMO. You are right - it does very much depend on the player as to whether the game constitutes 'horror' or not. I would be one of those to say 'no', at least at the moment. The plague rats I have encountered so far are more a force than a creature, they will attack you in the dark but they will not attack you in the light, making them a manageable threat. This is opposed to, say, the xenomorph in Alien Isolation that is capable of hunting you no matter what you do.
