What animals has Pokemon not done?

Oh I love this game! I played it a while ago with a friend of mine while we played MW2.
I can't remember all the animals we thought of, but I know the trick is to think of the animals you know, and check your memory (or <url=http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Main_Page>bulbapedia if your memory sucks) and see if there is a pokemon for it.
Lets see...
Hummingbird
Hornet
Fly
Mosquito
Gorilla (I think)
And I can't recall any Panda pokemon...
I will think more on this.

Hornet was beedril, gorilla could be slaking, mosquito could almost be any flying bug type with absorb, but I think fly and hummingbird haven't been done.
The one I want to see is a Double Wattled Cassowary! Think the bird from Up. (google search it, it's a real thing).

Eh... Slaking could be a gorilla I suppose, but I wanna see a pokemon that looks like DK. THAT kind of Gorilla.

Spinark covers the spider. And they came out with some vegtable thing that resembled a sea cucumber but I think was supposed to be an eggplant.

Only one I can sorta think of is a Platypus. Psyduck comes close, but is referred to as a 'Duck' pokemon, so I think I'm safe.

I think Doduo covers Ostrich. Possibly not 'Cassowary' though, which is kinda like a 'special' Ostrich? Whatever. I think the point is made, that the creative spark in pokemon is on the demise. Surely it can't be that hard to invent your own damn animals? I used to draw better looking critters in 6th grade.

One of the defining characters for spiders is that they have 8 legs. Spinarak has 6. Also the eyes and mouth parts are wrong, though that might be Nintendo not wanting a horror movie Pokemon.
Mongoose is covered by Zangoose.

How about many psychic and fighting types? Even at the start, there were Jynx, Machoke, and Hitmonchan/Hitmonlee.
