Broke my ankle earlier this year and started taking Vicodin. Orthopedic doctor jumped me up to percocet 10's because the pain worsened. Been taking those for several weeks now. If i stop taking them I get an awful migraine and pretty severe nausea. Its not going to be fun when the scrip runs out. =/
That's bad and I know how you feel. I was given painkillers earlier this year because of a kidney stone. It felt amazing when I got it, but it was the worst thing ever when the effect passed, and that was after the pains form the kidney stone had stopped being so horrible. That was one time. I can understand how you feel, but I can't imagine how much worse it must be after long term use.
OT: I used to be quite addicted to coffee and get horrible migraines whenever I went a day without it, even feeling nausea and a need to throw up, sweating, having problems thinking, waking up and even sleeping. I tried to quit earlier this year because I think my extreme coffee habbits may have been bad for my kidneys (6 cups every morning) and I was basically an aggressive zombie with a headache.
Now I am clean. I drink coffee every morning because of the taste and that it goes great with my breakfast, but I only drink 1 cup and I am able to go days without drinking any coffee at all.
