Windows. Not the OS but the glass ones.
I mean seriously, especially at night/when it's dark. Anything or anyone could appear at anytime. You could be watching out the window thinking " Ooh look at all the sodding rabbits in the garden" to "ARGH A GIANT SLOBBERING LYCANTHROPE!...ARGH. Oh wait it's just a bush."
I'm not afraid of death for this one reason, I want to know what happens, if anything happens that is. But I'd hate to die in vain. Bugs fine.

Also people standing behind me, or things by my wrist/neck *shudder*

I agree. Ants or anything smaller than me that can overpower me by numbers. As a child I had a fear of caterpillars.
Here in Tennessee (southeastern USA) there are stinging caterpillars we called "packsaddles" when I was growing up. The severity is the sting (actually four pointed hollow spines) is about like that of a wasp. That's just wrong on so many levels.

Knives. Comes naturally after getting stabbed.

Nothing major mind! But still.
Similar fear but me it was after I had an injury with a saw

Are those the green ones with barb covered horns on either end?

i dunno what it is with spiders, but the realistic baby dolls with the glassy eyes and whatnot scare the bejesus out of me.
You're not alone. I spent a couple of years living with my grandparents, and they kept a whole bed full of those porcelain-faced dolls, all sprawled out across it except for the two sitting at the head of the bed- dressed in a tuxedo and wedding dress. Both of them had this seemingly empty expression, but if you looked right at them (from the angle where they would be looking at you) they seemed to take on just the tiniest bit of malevolence.

Every time I walked down that hallway I couldn't bring myself to look into that room.

One of these days I'm going to build a map in a dark-themed game (Doom 3, Thief, etc.) exploring this fear of mine. Imagine having to hide from the gaze of those little freakish dolls. I'd probably cause a heart attack or two.

Thats all the ones I can somewhat rationalize. I hve soem just outright crazyones.

Once when I was like 6 I had one of those dolls the chucky doll was based on and I saw a part of one of the movies and from that point on I was terrified of it, so I would beat it up, when I was done beating it up I would tie it up in my bike chain, and whatever else I had available, I was pretty good at making knots, even before I joined the boy scouts, I once tied my cousin to a chair and left him in my room because he was a jerk to me and stupid enough to challenge me to a "let's see who can tie a better knot" contest using this tiny rocking chair and whatever I had available suffice to say he went first but I'm a slippery little bastard, and he was a jerk. I thought it was hilarious when he came scooting down the hallway attached to this chair, we took pictures.

EDIT: I actually despise bondage or anything that restricts freedom of movement, except armor, vehicles, and some clothes.

Apparently afraid of modesty though!!
I mentioned myself twice, in a thread that solely asks "What are you afraid of?" and they were both true and not self indulgent. I don't see how that is bragging in any way. Unless you were referring to "wearing clothes" modesty, in which case, that's a very weird thing to say.

I'm mostly only afraid of losing my sanity, I want to keep in control.
Oh, and big insects scare the hell out of me too.

And I thought I could handle big heights rather well, this video still gave me the chills..

I am petrified of snakes/reptiles. I find them creepy, disgusting and atrocious.

I also have a small fear of the dark.

Brain damage. Yep, this one's right at the top of my list. I love my brain. I treasure my brain. and the thought of being smacked on the head or oxygen deprived and coming out of it a drooling, lesser mammal is one that puts the fear in my belly. Should that ever happen to me, I'm issuing a carte blanche call for my assassination. Any time, any way, so long as that time is 'soon'. Trust me, I may not say it at the time, but I want it that way.

My secondary fear is parasites. I know I have a healthy community of them swarming in my gut, but I try not to think too much on that. Any insect or animal that not only survives, but evolved to survive by sucking the vital fluids out of something else is horrible and I want to squish it. This also means I'm afraid of childbirth. I want my tubes tied. Now.

Last, I fear aging. If, by the mad luck of the malevolent cosmos, I make it past forty, I'm planning a suicidal extravaganza involving hang-gliders, fireworks and a shit lot of hallucinogens. And metal. Live metal if possible. I want a crowd. I do not want to slowly decline, losing body functionality, beauty and relevance over painful years of decay.

Zombies here. For other people sharing the same completely irrational fear, I recommend "The Zombie Survival Guide" by Max Brooks. Whitch can be bought at most online bookstores.
That's my girlfriend's birthday present sorted, then.

I must admit, I never understood the fear of clowns. I never saw "IT" though, especially around when it was popular with my friends. I can't recall exactly when the movie came out, but I'm rather sure we were too young to be seeing it anyways.

Heights and other fears are strange for me- they freak me out but at the same time I love being freaked out, so I climb tall ladders and crap like that just for the thrills. Although, going back down a ladder scares me to no end.

I also have a strange irrational fear of hardwood flooring (mostly stairs) and stairs without backs. My friend has hardwood floors all through her house, which isn't bad because it's mixed up with area rugs and stuff. But her stairs are just hard, polished wood. No padding, nothing to keep one from slipping and cracking one's skull open on them. I have to remove my socks and cling to the railing to go up to her room. And when I was a child, I fell through a set of stairs that had no backing to them, so now they terrify me.

I'm afraid of idiots who believe in stuff that's so obviously not true. It just means more work for me.

I'm afraid of dying young and real life shooting. I don't mind COD4 but when it's real life it's scary. I'm also afraid of germans just cause I think most germans are nazi, and they talk so threateningly in my opinion. Sorry if that sounded standoffish or racist. I also am afraid of wasps, not bees just wasps. They stung me on both of my ears and gave me 2 pink bumps under both of my ears, and it hurt like a *****.
