Drowning, clowns, some bugs (but I will use all of my manliness to tolerate them), the feeling of powerlessness ,/b/, needles, being stuck in a room full of idiots, some other things I'll think of later.

For some reason, cannibalism. Zombies aren't considered human and don't count.
See, I have no problem with cannibalism since I became a vegetarian (I don't see eating a person as any worse than eating, a whale or a cow). When a person is dead, and didn't die just for that purpose (Not killed for their meat) I have trouble understanding why people find that repellent.
I think it has to do with selfish reasons personally. For example, If I died, I would want my body to be left alone not being reduced to the importance of a bread and butter sandwich and eaten for a meal.

Edit: Oh yeah, I get freaked out by spiders, wasps and basically any insect that can possibly hurt me.

It's just irrational. I know it makes no sense, yet I can't help it.

Johnnie Carson asked Steve Allen if he had any irrational fears, prefacing the question by stating that scientists say the only inborn fears are of loud noises and falling.

Steve Allen answered "I have a fear of making a loud noise while falling."

That is classic.

Heights, responsibility, and extremists of all flavours, like Republicans, PETA, and people who say Jesus too much.

A giant dead bird staring at me. Or anything that is dead and hasn't shut its eyelids....or dead birds in general. I could never eat a chicken or turkey if that hasn't had its head lopped off yet. It creeps the fuck out of me.

Oh and having splinters in my gums or syringe splinters anywhere.

I'd have to say that the idea of losing my grip on what's real and what isn't scares me the most. I've seen a lot of things that aren't physically possible, and I'm one of those people that always sees movement in the shadows, that darting shape that flickers in the corners of your vision. I've always feared that one day I'll lose my ability to separate these things from reality. (think of the opening scene of condemned 2 where Ethan beats someone half to death and realizes afterwards that it was a regular person)

For me it would depend on why I died. If I died for natural reasons I wouldn't want my body being touched, but if I were killed for my meat, I would actually be insulted if no one ate me. It's like I died for no goddamn reason.

My fear of spiders is pretty debilitating. Not just spiders, pretty much anything with more than six legs.
I understand your fear completely. Just the sight of a bug and I'm on top of the table screaming like a housewife who spotted a mouse.

Funny thing is, mice, snakes, and bats don't bother me at all. I'd get pet bats if they didn't crap everywhere, my condo board forbids snakes and mice.
snakes are easy to keep (i have some)
the only need feeding once a week and the only down side is that they make noises at night that creep me out
