What characters would you replace in Marvel vs Capcom 3?

I'd replace Spencer with Black Panther and X-23 with Nightcrawler. Actually I wouldnt replace anyone I'd just add people since there are only 36 characters in the game and MVC2 had 50.
I pretty much like the entire line-up of MvC3. Though, if I could perform a switch like that, I think I'd switch out She-Hulk and Taskmaster for Silver Surfer and either Terrax the Tamer or Stardust.
I always thought it odd that Galactus was in the game and there was no mention of his Heralds whatsoever. However, to their credit, Surfer was in Zero's ending.
EDIT: And Spencer with the gargoyle Firebrand. You got Arthur in there, Capcom, why not the Red Blaze?

I don't see the point of replacing characters at all. Particularly characters who are entirely new. Particularly She-Hulk; seriously, she's a great character, she was the fourth wall breaker even before Deadpool, and she fights like a luchador. What more do you want?
Oh, and you all can take my X-23 away from me over my dead body. If you're so upset, just get rid of Wolverine and pretend that he used up his right to be in this game by appearing in MvC2 twice.

Funny thing is with people complaining about Akuma, he's now becoming one of the most popular fighters used in the game. I go online and see Akuma's everywhere which goes to show that a fighter's mechanics trumps who they are as people will play as good characters regardless of their looks.
I'm a bit annoyed with people complaining about She-Hulk and X-23 also. Especially those who haven't even played the game yet. They both play ENTIRELY different than their "counterparts" Hulk and Wolverine.gigastar said:

That's all I can really think of at this time when I should be heading off for work. May edit later. Overall I'm very happy with the game and have played as everyone. She-Hulk, X-23 and Iron Man/Deadpool is one of my reserve teams and I love it.
