If you're looking for flash, Kongregate tends to sift through the crap that shows up online and only posts the best (usually). That being said, some of them are over-done (bloon defense 11!), but some are fun.
Check out "99 bricks". It's a tetris-esque tower building puzzle game. Harder than it sounds.

Try OpenLieroX. It's like a worms-style deathmatch game with tons of mods, a mapmaker, ect. I've been addicted to it since I downloaded it. That's my suggestion anyway.
