I almost always do that with every game I play to be honest.
But it was most evident with Oblivion, Fallout3 and New Vegas, since playing those games for so and so many hours as a certain kind of character with a focus on certain skills and support of certain factions always made me want to start over again and do the exact opposite of everything I had done so far.
I'm uncertain though whether that even counts as playing a game "again". I mean, I immediately started playing Arkham Asylum again when I'd beat it, and that was basically the same great experience. But for instance, playing NV as a sneaky, evil character with 100 speech skill, only interacting with people and places you didn't encounter on your first play through as a lawful brawler character seems very different to that.
