Try installing a Firefox extension in Firefox, it's not actually Firefox.
Ok so it’s Apple’s walled garden version (even if the EU got the ball rolling to change that), but the simplicity and security that goes with the territory is a big part of why people get iPhones. If people want true third party software support then they should just get an another brand of phone.

It's essentially a Safari skin.

Yes. That one. It used to be on BritBox, but it left. So I did the only logical thing.
All episodes are on at least one channel on youtube, though. Why take it off Britbox? Classic British TV, stupid streaming services.

I only tend to hit up YouTube for functionally lost media. This wasn’t and I’m willing to pay for the discs. Now, Animals of Farthing Wood I totally got off YouTube cos aside from one German language DVD, I’ve never seen it for sale post-VHS era.

I made some kind of crappy infographics to explain the difference, using a shooter game as a framework for the design.
In infograph A, the deep blue line is the feeling of soundstage that closed back headphones might create. It creates your typical left and right feeling, you can kind of get a sense of things, right? It sounds normal and what you'd expect.

But in infograph B, the light blue line is the soundstage open back headphones might create. Here you can not only hear sounds better (like the footsteps), and be able to pick apart where they're coming from, but some of them (like the explosion) have moved further out into the soundstage, better helping you pinpoint their exact position and distance that they came from to begin with. You might even be able to hear distant sounds that you couldn't before because now the mix is wider and things don't get mushed together with the rest.

B)

Obviously there might be better ways to describe all of this, but this is something I threw together to hopefully give you an idea of how it works and why open backs can be beneficial in games. A lot of it is about positioning and sense of distance and openness
Thanks for spending the time an effort to better make this difference comprehensible to me!

16GB of memory for an old laptop of mine. Taking it from 8GB, to 20GB. Yes, its one of those with 4GB soldered to the mainboard and a single DIMM slot. I'm gonna stick Ubuntu on it I think.

With ram prices as they are it might have been cheaper to buy a refurbished machine then get a 16 gig stick.

Actually the single 16GB stick only cost me about $123. More than it should but it wasn't outrageous. My guess is SODIMM DDR4 is only going up as a response to DDR5 going totally nuts increasing DDR4 demand but that demand increase isn't as bad.

No where near as bad as I was expecting. My SO got a refurbished lappy with 16 gigs of ddr 5 for only like $250.

At this point the only sensible way to get a workhorse laptop is a refurbished one. But I had the old Acer laying around and I figured I'd at least make it as usable as it was going to be.

Now you need a new sword to balance it out. Or two knives.
Oh I definitely have more than enough knives...or do I...? Brb, need to hit up bladehq.
So I literally forgot that I already pre-ordered a knife that will be a good match for this watch, and they'll both probably arrive within a few weeks of each other.

Lol.
