Whoever mentioned las plagas from RE4 wins, ive started playing it again, and nothing is more annoying than having an AI controlled comrade continually headshot the villagers, so that the plagas make them more freaking powerful. I hated the house seige thing.
Cliffracers from Morrowind. About as dangerous as soggy bread, but those disease ridden buggers are everywhere.

In the first Halo (That is the only one I have played, because I do naught own a console [I also played Halo 2 on PC and it was a horrible, disgusting port]) there were these things that took over your mind and turned you into a freak ... the ones that popped like balloons..

Really, I hated with everything in my guts either Lu Bu from Dynasty Warriors,[4 to be precise, asshole had more health than one would expect a mountain to have] or Gandrayda on Hyper Mode in Metroid. She won't sit still for two seconds without preforming a lock-on breaking, seeking missile aim avoiding backflip, then throwing several missiles before repeating.

Albino Radscorpions and Super Mutant Overlords from Fallout 3. Especially when you aren't wanting to encounter them. Usually on a looting run so you're stripped to the bare essentials and 1-2 of those bastards turns up. I just run, quickly...
