I can't stand spawn killers. That is something that should be fixed some how. The only time I have spawn killed is if they spawn out of my line of sight, then I come around the corner and kill them. They may complain, but I'm not psychic.
I won't ever say that an ability, vehicle, or weapon in a multiplayer game is overpowered or unfair. The game designers liked it and thought it was appropriate to have the things they put in their game so I say anything that they put in the game is fair game and is not bad. I might complain about how my friends are really good with a sniper or a spartan laser in Halo 3 and never miss hitting me with them, but I'm not going to say that the weapons are overpowered, unfair, or should be removed or changed to make them less powerful.
It's complaints like that get awesome playable classes in MMORPGs nerfed to the point that there isn't a point in playing them anymore because the nerfing made the classes lose what was appropriate to make those classes what they were. The only reason companies do that is because they get tired of people whining and are afraid to lose their money that they are getting from the whiners, not because it is the right thing to do. (Not that I have had complaints about this from experience, it's from what I here from friends.)
Back on topic: I can't stand it when people complain about how a game isn't realistic enough but then they turn around and also complain about one hit kill explosives i.e. rockets. Which do you want people? You can't have realism if a highly explosive rocket at your feet can't kill you in one shot. Because if it happened in real life you would be dead or if you were unlucky enough to survive the explosion, you would be missing both your legs, be in painful agony and shock, and wouldn't be able to act or fire a gun at anybody....so dead.
