What is the Rarest Game You Own?

Can be from any console, any year, regular or special edition. All it needs to be is considered rare. (By you or internet)

Mine is Exhumed on the PSOne, an early FPS set in Egypt, and any Zero Punctuation followers may have actually heard Yahtzee mention it in his Turok review somewhere. Cost me 9 pounds.. currently one on eBay as we speak for 25 pounds.

War Of The Monsters for PS2.

I cant find it anywhere else, my friend looked for ages because he also wanted it, still hasnt found it.

Final Fantasy 9.

I'm guessing it was mostly ignored because it isn't like FF7 or FF8. I was very lucky to have found my copy because a week later the website I got it from no longer had it and it were the last copies.

Phantasy Star Online Episode 1&2 was also very rare. It is one of the few gamecube games that can actually be played online, the name and packaging implied it was online-only and again, I was very lucky to have found my copy because the game was no longer produced and I found one of the last copies.

Castlevania:Harmony of Dissonance, It's fairly hard to find in stores, I found mine by a complete fluke at a gamestop when I was checking out prices on Used PSPs.

Digital devil Saga 1, It's kinda rare, you can get it online, but I've yet to see it in a store.

I probably have plenty of rarer games but none that people actually would consider good.

I have the original (non platinum) copies of ff7,8,9,10,12 and the ff12 hardback guide that only came with a preorder.... probably not that rare now but in 30 years that guide may be worth something...

also tho it's not and shouldn't be rare I have Tales of Vesperia on 360 and no Uk game shops seem to stock it

Awesome game dude, but really its hard to find the old Megaman Legend games nowadays, those were great.

Rarest game I ever owned was a UK/Euro boxed version of Pocket Reversi for the NGPC.

Sold it to a guy looking to complete his collection of NGPC Euro games and he went on to be featured in on of the Edge Retro Magazines as having a rare NGPC complete collection (which was funny because I had one before and sold it all).

Don't know the latest but last I heard only around 10 complete copies, maybe less, were even known to exist. Still kick myself now over it!

my rarest is mechwarrior 3 on pc... still in that MASSIVE box. I'm hoping someone comes up with a vista patch for it soon as it's one of my favourite games of all time

So there is another person out there who has played that game! I always got blank stares when I told people about it. I don't remember much about the game because it's been a long time since I played it, but I remember that I loved ordering those useless servebots around.

OT: I don't own too many games at the moment, but my brother owns Xenogears. I was told that is a rare game. I'm pretty sure that my NHL Rock the Rink is also pretty rare if only because the only two copies that I have ever seen of the game I have owned. I don't know anyone else who has played it.

Dark Planet or Metal Fatigue. Both are RTS games and Metal Fatigue was actually pretty good.
